It's hit or miss with seed quality. Some are fresh, some are old. You might be disappointed. Zero customer support.

Fraudsters. Offer a quality team, but require and basically accuse the grower of not properly germinating, etc. In my case it was seeds that did not germinate and the prior batch was auto flower when I grow photoperiod, outdoors.
I will not purchase from American banks. This place says they come from outside the USA, but any reasonable prudent person knows you won't get them in days, as Herbies does. They come from American banks. I am a expert. I could tell by color of seeds there was doubt of success.
Last year,
I had plants taller than me.
Inconsistent and fraudsters based upon their marketing.
I'll seek other options for my planting. They caused me a wasted year with these terrible seeds.

Seeds arrived quite quickly - 12 seeds including 4 free ones. Attempted to germinate two, waited a week and nothing happened - they were sterile. Contact Herbies Seeds and they suggested I germinate the rest of the seeds. Didn't want to do this, but I did it anyway. The remaining 10 were also sterile. Now I'm being given the runaround about refunds, replacement seeds and all of a sudden the customer service function sounds like it's run by stoned out idiots. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Had a sour experience turned good with them. Ordered some seeds, received them smashed. Thought that's it, I just wasted my money and time. Informed their support without expecting much anyways, it's not like I had anything else to lose... Surprisingly, they apologized AND arranged a replacement order right away + added a bonus on top of that as well. This is definitely a first for me, I'm kinda used to not being taken seriously by companies where I live. Received the replacement fairly quickly and intact! Overall, very pleasant surprise, I'm gonna order from them more once this batch is done (hopefully, the next one won't be smashed by the delivery company again lol)

Ordered seeds a week ago package not shown up , emailed 2 days ago and received no correspondence at all. First time using these and definitely the last.

This wasn’t my first time ordering from Herbies and everything was smooth. The website is easy to navigate, and strain information is detailed. Shipping was quick and discreet, which is important to me. So far, germination has been good. I also like that they include free seeds with almost every order, sometimes those end up being not worse than what I put in my cart.

Customer support is professional and quick to respond. Reliable experience overall.

They misrepresented an offer will not honour... IQILL NEVER USE AGAIN

I ordered some seeds and got 2 CBD lemon autos free. The CBD lemon auto did not sprout and now have wasted 4 weeks of growing time. It's unfortunate because I only grow outside and the season will be coming to an end soon. I may have to put some seeds in from royal kings.

They sent dead seeds on the resend then again when I complained there seeds are tiny pale dead seeds do not use them a rip off I spent 270bucks for dead seeds

Bad seeds, over priced, only 2 out of 6 sprouted and one of those is a MALE plant! The other one flowered way too early and was not great. (and yes, I very much know what I'm doing) Wish I would leave a photo to show you the male plant.

its been over 3 months since order was placed told me order was ready to ship 3 months ago but they havent sent it dont waste your time and money

Ich hab mir 3 Samen bestellt + 2 Gratis.
Davon ist einer erstmal nicht aufgegangen. Der zweite ist aufgegangen und war 0,5cm lang da hat er ohne ersichtlichen Grund den Wachstum eingestellt. Die letzten drei so dachte ich haben es geschafft aber falsch gedacht. Der dritte Samen ging als Keimling ein und der vierte Samen dieser wuchs als Mutation. Aus dem letzten Samen die Pflanze sah gut aus aber die hab ich direkt mit entsorgt und wieder zum alten Hersteller gegriffen.
Bei meiner alten Bezugsquelle sind 3 von 3 gekeimt und nach zwei Wochen sehen sie jetzt schon besser aus wie das was Herbies da abgeliefert hat.
Ich werde mich wegen den 3 Samen von Herbies nicht mit dem Kundendienst rumschlagen, aber dafür kaufe ich nie wieder welche bei euch.
Ich bin kein Anfänger und sowas ist mir selbst als Anfänger noch nicht mal passiert, das liegt definitiv an der schlechten Qualität der Samen und nicht am Bauer selbst. 👨‍🌾

Ordered from Herbies from Australia, my initial purchace was siezed in Sydney . I reported this to Herbies Seeds and my order was resent with some additional free seeds which successfully arrived a short time later . Absoloutly amazing service, looking forward to a successful grow season .

Habe 10 Amnesia haze seeds von Fast buds bestellen Lieferung war ziemlich schnell alle 10 seeds sind nicht aufgegangen die seeds sahen auch komisch aus alle unterschiedliche grössen und nicht in der original Verpackung sondern in durchsichtigen packs mit eigen druck kann ich nicht empfehlen!!!😡😡😡danke für verarschen Herbies seeds 🖕

I've ordered a few times and from both the 🇺🇸 and the Spain site both are great. The seeds are top notch awesome strains and only had one not germinate out of probably 12 or 15 seeds ordered over a few month period.
I will order more in the future from herbieseeds.com
