Jamais vu un casino aussi médiocre.

Après une bonne session, j’ai accumulé 3000 € de gains. J’ai demandé un retrait et ils ont tout bloqué en disant que c’était suspect. Résultat : impossible de se faire payer. Et le pire, c’est que depuis que j’ai essayé de retirer, je reçois des pubs et des offres de bonus de Merlin et d’autres casinos du même groupe. Clairement, ils se repassent les joueurs perdants. Très déçu

One more casino which is not good to gamble.
I do not used bonuses.
Made deposit and won about 5000 euro.
When I tried to withdraw I received strange email, about some bonus abuse and that I need to make wager x5 to withdraw funds.

Very unfair bonus system.

I cancelled the bonus by submitting a withdrawal request. The system itself shows that the bonus was automatically cancelled.

After that I had multiple withdrawal requests and continued playing with the remaining balance. Since the bonus was already cancelled, I placed a higher bet.

Later the casino confiscated the winnings claiming a “max bet rule” related to bonus funds, even though the bonus was no longer active.

Support does not properly respond to emails and simply repeats the same explanation.

Be careful with this casino – their bonus rules are extremely unfair.

After raising disputes regarding withheld winnings, my accounts across this casino network were suddenly closed.
The status is now shown as “self-excluded”, despite the fact that I never requested self-exclusion.
At the same time, in direct communication, the casino has accused me of “fraudulent behaviour” and “chargebacks”, but has refused to provide any solid ground explanation or evidence.

Stay away from this casino and their sister sites.

Hello i joined the casino and ask support right away how can i verify my account i like to get it out of the way fast they gave me the finace tems email and told me it would be verified in less than 48 hours so i went on took the fisrt welcome bonus i read the terms max win 5x deposit but i lost i took the second welcome bonus played won went to withdraw and was told the second welcome bonus was 5x the bonus money wich was way less because the bonus was a lower % than the first so i deposited 100$ total and max win was 150$ so anyways waited 24 hours my account was not verified then after 48 hours i recived an email stating my bank statment cant be used to verify my bank and to verify my address so i had to upload a utility bill again ..because i sent one in email already they wanted it uploaded on the website then they said my withdraw would be sent soon i woke up the next day and recived a message you have sucessfully cancled your withdraw i went to chat they said that it was already approved but it failed i asked them how can an e-tranfer fail? they said dont worry just withdraw again and it will be sent within 48 hours no worries so i will update if i ever get the withdraw

New fresh platform. Works fine.
Will update my review if something changes.
