Hi Michelle, I'm really sorry that you are unhappy with your prints. We do offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied so please do get in touch with us if you'd like to return them. However, I am a little surprised that having received this A3 print on 25 July and being disappointed with it you then went ahead ordered another 2 prints from us on 31 July!
Amazing quality
The quality of prints are by far better than any I’ve ever ordered from other companies . Quick speedy delivery . Will definitely order again
