Fast, responsive customer service. I had an issue with my order (ordered the wrong size and didn't notice for two days) and they switched out for the right size before shipping so I didn't have to do an immediate return upon receipt.

Dress received was perfect size and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship was fantastic!

The clothes are beautiful and well-made. The delivery was efficient and timely.

Absolutely love Heritage Clothings - the dresses and skirts are such good quality, honestly, I've had nothing like them before - well made, feel good, wash well and the fit is perfect for me (I wear 3XL) - very flattering! Communication from Heritage was prompt and accurate.
Dress is DIVINE. Stunning and true to size as per online guide. Oh and the pockets, how deep and amazing are the pockets.
Online description detailed dress as blue/black, but it is definitely black.
I can not comment to durability as dress is still new.
