It’s a scam. I ordered some planters and was promised delivery by the weekend a few weeks ago. Now the site is gone.

I placed an order with Heritage Home UK on 3rd August, with an estimated dispatch time of **24 hours**

What followed has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with any company.

I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the company, including several emails and a formal complaint. I only managed to speak to someone by phone once, and I was assured that my order would be dispatched in the next few days. It wasn’t.

Following further contact, I eventually received a response to one of my emails stating that my order would be expedited and prioritised, offering a £50 voucher for the inconvenience. Since then, complete radio silence, no delivery and no voucher.

My formal complaint has received no response, and despite all the chasing and assurances, my order still has not been delivered.

The most frustrating part isn’t simply the delay — it’s the complete lack of communication and the repeated need for me to chase an order that was supposed to be dispatched within 24 hours.

I’ve been more than patient, but this has gone far beyond what I consider reasonable. I have never experienced such poor communication and customer service from any company.

Very disappointing, particularly given the assurances I was repeatedly given. I would think very carefully before ordering from Heritage Home UK.
