Having excellent experience with the manager of Heritage Homes in a previous agency I can only speak as I find, he is one of the most proactive estate agents I have met, his level of customer service and knowledge of the industry/ locality is second to none, the whole transaction is made much smoother and the customer experiences far more confidence in the whole process from start to completion.

I met Dan 13 months ago after making the difficult decision to sell my Mum’s home. Dan was caring and understanding of the emotional connection I had with the property and consistently showed this compassion throughout the process. He communicated the selling process regularly and was always at the end of the phone to talk should I need him. He gave me honest feedback and suggestions. Dan is a really warm and welcoming person and I would absolutely recommend Heritage Homes.

The sale of my mum’s home was always going to be difficult as it was quite an emotional time. Dan totally understood how difficult this was and made the whole journey as smooth as possible. Heritage Homes made the whole selling process straightforward. I realise it can be good or bad luck with buyers but in my experience they were helpful and got on with the job in hand. They provide advice if you need it.
Therefore I would recommend them.

Selling my parents home has been really tough but having someone to support you through not just the process but the rollercoaster of emotions too has been so important. Having someone who 'gets it' made everything that little bit easier. Dan went over and above to make sure the journey was as smooth as possible and he was there at every step of the way.
