I spent alot of money on Olaplex products that aren't the real product. I have remaining product from a previous purchase elsewhere but this is a different texture, smells different and didn't feel the same on my hair. I have taken it to a hairdresser who also confirmed it's completely different to what they have.

Still not received my order can’t get in touch no web sight

I ordered my items and 2days later i received an email dt my order cancelled and i received a refund without telling me a reason why it has been cancelled

Where do I start , I've emailed you 2/3 times now as I placed an order with you to be told you have canceled my order and given me a credit note ! I've asked how I'm to use this, no reply ...I've asked for a replacement, no reply ...if someone was to sort this problem out I'd be willing to change my review but while I'm being ignored it stays like this ..sorry

I ordered my hair dye over a week ago and paid extra for next day delivery. I have still not received anything - just a ‘your order is being processed’ email

Never received items and had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Never answered their phone or emails, avoid ordering from here!!

I ordered 2 colours only received 1. I’ve emailed and heard nothing back. If they need to check legitimacy they should be able to check their stock.
Very disappointed.

Easy, fast delivery and great prices

Cancelled my order 2 days after confirming the order and then refunded less then half of the total value. Have tired to contact them multiple times but no reply as of yet.

The parcel came damaged with incomplete order inside. Customer service was great and sent me the missing items on the same day (+free sample)

Fast easy, not a rip off.

I have been delighted by Hermossa previously but on this occasion I ordered some hair products, paid for the products and then nothing.
I’ve got a confirmation and then silence!! I emailed on 4 separate occasions. I telephoned six times - never was the telephone picked up, however with each call I left voicemails on the office telephone number. .
In the end, my order was cancelled. The money was returned to me after I left a message asking to cancel the order due to lack of communication.
I was very disappointed on this occasion as their products and service are normally excellent but for some reason an order that normally takes 24 to 48 hours to dispatch is still not being acknowledged 12 days later
I have since found another company and will be ordering from them in the future

I ordered from Hermossa couple of times, everything was fine but I haven't received my last order. I'm waiting for one month already. Tried to contact them but they're ignoring my emails. I understand that my order probably lost by Royal mail, but at least they could answer on my emails and refund my money back. Poor customer service. I very disappointed.

I ordered 3 different hair colors, received 2. Contacted the company by email to ask when I will get the third. Just got a refund with no email or anything . Indeed I needed the one I did not get, the others were for trials.
