They Cancelled order and failed to refund
Cancelled my order 2 days after confirming the order and then refunded less then half of the total value. Have tired to contact them multiple times but no reply as of yet.

Easy to order but would not use again
Easy to order and delivered on time but the florists choice of seasonal flowers were half dead and an extremely boring bunch of flowers. I'd requested sunflowers or something similar with bright colours, I received a bland selection of dying flowers.

Good product but 2 weeks for delivery
The product was good and as discribed but the item took 2 weeks to arrive. Would use again if I was ordering something that wasn't urgent
