Deceptive company!!
Disgusting way to caputure payments.
By not unticking a tiny box which was not part of the bold main options on purchase you end up signing up to the subscription!
You then need to be extremely savvy to attempt to cancel the unauthorised subscription!! Took me a week to work out how to cancel after more money had left my account.
Horrible company, will never use again!!

Do not be fooled by the positive product reviews like I was. My experience with Nova's Turmeric and Boswellia supplement has been terrible from start to finish. Delivery was severely delayed, and when I contacted customer service, they were overly polite but completely useless, simply directing me elsewhere instead of fixing my problem.

Worst of all, I was conned into a 30-day recurring subscription without my explicit consent. On top of that, the product provided absolutely zero health benefits. This feels entirely like a scam designed to lock people into hidden charges. Check the negative company reviews before buying—wish I had seen them sooner.

Honest straightforward

What an absolute scam. I ordered 2 bottles then received a copy of my order to find a monthly subscription . I did not authorise a monthly subscription. This is so sneaky the way this is done . Buyer beware . The next thing is the product and I’m now guessing it’s just junk .

I cannot believe all the positive reviews for this untested product and for its FRAUDULENT and UNAUTHORISED sign up of customers to a subscription purchase. It took me over 10 emails to get it cancelled. The system prevents you from logging in as you do not have their order Id which is different to the order number!!! The customer service is run by AI and does not respond to RETURN ORDER or CANCELLATION emails . How do these companies get away with such blatant theft and fraud . DO NOT PURCHASE-positive reviews must be AI written because this is a product with no reasonable scientific efficacy!!

This company is underhanded. I’m not sure if the product works, but I will say they promise transparency and an honest experience but supply, deceptively marketing and lock you into subscriptions, even when they say you will be un subscribed. Be very careful of signing up as they have vey strong emotional blackmail tactics and a no cancel confirmation button policy, to make sure you stay put and they retain your money. I am shocked, disgusted and saddened that they go so far to keep our money. This is the problem with online companies they feel they don’t need to be trusted anymore and we will stand for this. Buyer beware.
