I started taking Her Again (now She Again) to help with ortheo arthritis in my right knee. I also started taking other supplements including glucosamine and collagen. My knee improved so much that I decided to stop taking She Again. However, within 1 month the pain was back. O then restarted and within 3-4 weeks my knee was much improved.

I recently was forced to recieve an order of pills from NOVA Bottle because, even though the subscreption had beed cancelled, they still charged my card and said they had sent the product out and insisted that once I received the package, I could request a refund address, return the package, and they would give me my money back. Today, I finally received the package - I contacted them directly and requested the return address. I was told, You won't get your money back until we receive the package, so make sure you send it by recorded delivery. The address given was 41 North Street

United Kingdom. I live in London, so the postcode did not look correct. I checked Google Maps and the Royal Mail Postcode Checker and found that not only was the postcode non-existent, but the road does not appear to exist in SW7. BUYER BEWARE: this is not a legitimate company return address, and they are banking on you sending the package so it never arrives. The products may be as legitimate as the return address they give you to send them back. So just don't buy from them in the first place.

UPDATE: I have been refunded!!! But I saw that they have actually lied on their FB page, saying their products are British Standard. This is not true!!! - It's all an Elaborate HOAX. Products sold by Nova Bottle (also operating as "Her Nova Bottle") do not appear to be fully registered or strictly compliant with standard UK regulations. While the company targets UK consumers through dedicated customer support times and contact phone numbers, it is an overseas entity based in Montana, USA. Because they ship dietary supplements directly to consumers from outside the UK, they circumvent the usual rigorous pre-market clearance required for domestic British wellness brands. Key Red Flags: The "Nova Menopause Vitality" Ruling: The UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has cracked down on related-entity advertising, using AI-generated monitoring to target women with unauthorised, misleading health and menopause claims. Under UK standard regulations, food supplements cannot claim to treat, cure, or prevent medical symptoms unless licensed as a medicine by the MHRA. Hidden Subscriptions & UK Return Issues: Numerous consumer watchdogs and verified reviews on platforms like Trustpilot flag the company for aggressive, hard-to-cancel monthly subscription traps. Furthermore, customers note that the provided UK return addresses are frequently rejected or unrecognised by Royal Mail. Lack of Domestic Oversight: Legitimate UK health and food supplement brands must answer to the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and follow strict UK food labelling laws (which require clear, honest allergen and ingredient breakdowns). Customers have reported receiving Nova bottles where the actual box ingredients (like highly inflammatory maltodextrin) differed from what was advertised online. BUYER BEWARE.

They subscribed me to autoship after I specifically made my first purchase as a one time purchase only !! 4 days ago they sent me an email asking why I haven’t subscribed yet then today they took more money from my account!! Super pissed off 😡

I wish I had read all the reviews first, this company is a SCAM! I had seen comments about an automatic subscription that existed, so I went and cancelled that immediately after making my first order to test the product out. A few weeks later, they STILL charged me again for another automatic order with zero consent.
I received an automated reply to my complaint email and will be disputing the payment with VISA and blocking this company.

Do not be fooled by the positive product reviews like I was. My experience with Nova's Turmeric and Boswellia supplement has been terrible from start to finish. Delivery was severely delayed, and when I contacted customer service, they were overly polite but completely useless, simply directing me elsewhere instead of fixing my problem.

Worst of all, I was conned into a 30-day recurring subscription without my explicit consent. On top of that, the product provided absolutely zero health benefits. This feels entirely like a scam designed to lock people into hidden charges. Check the negative company reviews before buying—wish I had seen them sooner.

I like it but I think I need a little more and see if works for sure , my hip pain still there slowly I think is better

She Again just works! Aching thigh’s with pain running down the back of the leg just disappears after taking my daily dose. Consistently is the key

I waited a while for delivery but am excited to use this product. I just took my first 2 tablets this morning.

since using the product the pain in my hip has decreased.

I bought these as I was finding lack of energy especially mid afternoon. Also had pains in joints but after taking these for a month or so I felt/feel more energetic and pains had eased considerably

A little lengthy as far as being delivered, but nevertheless, I have received my Nova supplement. Looking forward to see how this works in the next 30 to 60 days. Thanks for answering all my questions through email to let me know my supplements were on the way.

I started using Her Again about 12 months ago. I had been suffering from Peri-menopause symptoms of hip pain in the mornings even though I am very healthy, exercise, practise yoga and eat a healthy balanced diet. Within 2 months the hip pain and painful periods subsided. Its now a non negotiable supplement for me
