I ordered a pair of Mukluk Liners. Wool. Specifically asked that they check for a matched pair as sometimes they are thrown in the wash/dryer and get shrunk.
Sure enough, I got one size 12 and the other marked 12 but fits like an 11.
Their Solution - I can order a 2nd pair that they will make sure are BOTH 12s and will give them to me for 1/2 price plus shipping.
So original price was $41.98 delivered and now it will be about another 30 for 2nd pair.
Do NOT waste your time/money with these fools.

Handgun arrived in a good addition and on time, so no problems there.
However I also ordered a "hard case" with it, expecting something decent, but all I got was a plastic lunch box looking shell with zero padding. Completely useless item.

Item was never shipped and when asked for a refund they ignored me!!! Be carefull

Hero Outdoors is joke. They have no inventory. Plus they are full of excuses on product delivery! A Canadian embarrassment.

Drop shipper, meaning they probably don’t have any stock and are ordering it from elsewhere. You get to wait. Have some BS story about a delay at their “overstock warehouse.”

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 items one processed. Charged card and have yet to receive item. Emailed numerous times. Do not buy

This place is a total scam and the person who answers the phone is a scumbag liar. I ordered a discontinued knife they listed as available and then canceled the order the next day after reading reviews about how terrible this site is and how they never have what’s listed and they attempt to keep your money. They tried to get me to hold off on the refund for 90 days while the knife moves through multiple suppliers (WHAT?). Probably gives them a better chance of keeping all your money. The guy said I would have my PayPal refund shortly but I only received 95% of my payment. When I called back the scumbag guy lied to me and said Canada requires them to keep 5%. He hung up on me when I told him I’m contacting PayPal. PayPal told me they have never heard of such a policy and that the guy is a lying scammer. This place is a total joke. Do not buy from them!!!

Do Not even think about ordering from this place. They sent out wrong order, said they mixed up a number in the system and for me to put a new label on the box I got, and ship it myself to the post office for the right customer to get it. Then said my order wasn't in stock, then said they'd issue a refund... like every other review which never got their refund. SCAM

You are a disgrace to veterans and should be ashamed to even be in business.

Order a product back in November 2021 (Christmas gift). Waiting until December when the product was not shipped out to email them what was taking so long. Some kind or shipping story and that it would be sent out in a few days. Nothing!
Sent a few more emails, NOTHING! asked for a refund was responded with
"I have sent your request to our finance team, If you are denied a refund we will contact you at that time, it may take up to 10 business days to process your refund."
That was in February, (also was not contract either) since then I have sent countless emails, phones and have heard NOTHING.
Not sure what my next move should be, but any suggestions would be great.
Just a horrible experience!

SCAM!! I bought a part for my glock 19 gen 3 that was a total of about $51. That was on May 5th and it is currently June 6th. What the hell people!! I've tried calling them, I've tried emailing them, nothing. No response!! My order just says "Awaiting Fulfillment", and its been saying that for over a month. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

I ordered magpul grip May 29th they took payment and it s now April 27th and still hasn t shipped will not respond to email or answer phone worst company I ve ever dealt with

Bought a paintball gun online. They responded after taking payment, that the item was discontinued and that they'd provide instore credit or upsell us on a different paintball gun (another scam).
I asked for refund, and they no longer respond online and never answer the 2 listed phone numbers.
Complete scam.........save your time and money and never shop here!!!!!

I was ripped off by this company. I purchased 2 used poncho liners and they showed up torn. I realize they were used however I did not expect rips more than 12” long and held together with tape.They have a no return policy for online orders. I should of done my research.

Hero outdoors should be shut down DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY you will regret ordering from them. They take your money and completely ghost you. "in stock" items take months to be shipped and when they do arrive they are often damaged or not as described with no way to return the items as they never respond to emails or phone calls. I have attempted over 5 emails and at least 7 phone calls on different days at different times trying to catch someone at their shop in Oshawa Ontario. These guys are scammers. DO NOT USE HERO OUTDOORS ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not do business with these clowns. Once they get your money they refuse to respond to you until you get the BBB involved and even then they tow the line of 1-19 days for orders waiting from their warehouse. Where's your warehouse? On Mars? What you guys fail to put in your ads is you don't actually have the merchandise and you just order it after it's ordered from you, you upcharge it and then if it can't be filled you just make excuses that you can get it in. This should be against the law because you're advertising items you don't have. It's false advertising.

I ordered an item from Manitoba the same day as this place and they got it to me a week later despite a snowstorm that hit their area and my order is still awaiting fulfillment from April 2 with this place. How you're still in business the way you treat people online and the phone is baffling to me. Now have to battle for a refund. Been 5 days so far and zero response from their store.

Got a box of MRE’s from them, appear to taste and look expired. None of the heaters work for warming up your food.

The worst part is their customer service (or lack thereof). Zero replies to me two emails and a phone call I made. Don’t bother with these guys and if you can buy from someone that will back the product up or return it if there is a problem.

Don’t buy anything on here said it was in stock on website was not. Took me 2 weeks before I sent an email for them to tell me it’s not in stock and I got a refund just overall terrible customer service I even got the manager on the phone and you can tell he really cares about the business. Worthless garbage

Absolutely terrible.

After a month, no contact regarding my order and no fulfillment. After emails and about a dozen phone calls someone finally picked up. They told me one of my items was out of stock but the rest was ready to send. They offered to send a comparable item, there were many quite similar items so I said that's fine.

My order arrived and only one of the items was even close to what I ordered. The rest were essentially completely useless to me and absolute garbage quality. All of the items they sent that were "substituted" items were of lesser value then what I paid for the original items with no reimbursement. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience and I will recommend to the rather large community of influence I have in this space not to EVER shop with this vendor.

Never responded to multiple communications via email to their Sales address, or via their website Order inquiry. Never answered their phone at either of the 2 numbers I called. Had sent them a query ahead of time (for which I didn't get an answer) stating the items I'd be ordering were for Ukraine. Since time was of the essence I placed an order anyway, but got no ETA of when the order would be available. Continued no communication from them. Had someone go physically to their location and he got a runaround, with them saying they had no stock. Only got a refund via dispute process.
