Hertzalbania レビュー

A big thank you to the Hertz team at Tirana Airport for the outstanding way they handled our car rental. After we were involved in an accident, they came as quickly as possible and made the 2.5-hour drive to deliver a replacement car. Communication was easy throughout, and they handled our case professionally from start to finish. We really appreciated their excellent service. Highly recommended!

The actual car hire was smooth. The car was clean, relatively new and got us from A to B nicely. However, there is no clear instructions on where to pick up/drop off in downtown Tirana. It’s effectively ran from a square within the Center, there is no physical office/stand. We ended up picking up the car outside Hotel Colesso after the staff there helped us out by phoning them up. We would advice choosing another company.
