Ho acquistato un pacchetto di consulenza per espatriare in Svizzera, ma dopo alcuni stravolgimenti occorsi nella mia vita ho deciso di abbandonare il progetto. Vorrei comunque ringraziare tutto lo staff HEXEDES per le risorse messe a mia disposizione e per la comprensione mostrata. Una menzione speciale va a Elena e Angela, le mie consulenti, che mi hanno accompagnato in questo percorso. Ho conosciuto due persone fantastiche che mi hanno fornito supporto tecnico e morale, cercandomi e spronandomi continuamente; soprattutto, mi hanno trattato come una persona e non come un numero, mostrando un'empatia fuori dal comune, anche nell'assecondare pazientemente i miei sbalzi di umore.
Se un giorno avessi nuovamente bisogno di cambiare vita, saprei già a chi rivolgermi. Buona vita a tutti, ovunque siate nel mondo!

Ritengo la sig.ra Elena Lazzaroni sia un eccellente advisor, sia per la pazienza e il sostegno morale offerto nei miei confronti, in quanto io sono arrivato da solo nelle Filippine. Finora la Elena ha svolto il suo incarico di sviluppatore del progetto in maniera eccellente. Ritengo la mia valutazione molto onesta in relazione al suo operato.

The Hexedes team was invaluable in our move to Italy. They helped us with everything from agreeing rental contract details to organising bills, sorting problematic deliveries and navigating immigration beurocracy. Buon giorno, abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto di trasferimento Milano Tenerife, comprendente lavoro, casa, macchina, trasloco ecc, siamo appena arrivati, e già inizia a muoversi una nuova e positiva energia, siamo seguiti da Elena Lazzaroni per quanto riguarda la super visione, in loco invece ci segue Gabriele Meletti, la parte burocratica e logistica ha già iniziato a prendere forma, il tour delle case é iniziato e tutto procede per il meglio, la cosa più bella è quella di avere a che fare con persone che prima di te hanno scelto di fare un passo così importante, l’empatia e la condivisione delle emozioni che si provano è il motore principale che fa muovere questo tipo di progetto, per il momento possiamo solo dirvi grazie

Hanno aiutato me e mio fratello a trasferirci in Spagna, e con l'aiuto del contatto in loco abbiamo espletato tutte le procedure burocratiche (N.I.E. e copertura sanitaria), e a trovare un appartamento.

Mi sono rivolta a Exedes per essere appoggiata nel mio trasferimento in Albania. Siamo agli inizi di questo mio trasferimento, ma la cosa più bella è che grazie ad Elena Lazzeroni ( superadvisor) dalle Filippine e Mergim Mustafa ( advisor locale dal Kosovo) ho potuto conoscere colui che sarà il mio futuro socio nel creare un’attività a Tirana. Quindi tutte le scelte e gli investimenti da fare saranno affrontati e decisi insieme, il che rende tutto più facile soprattutto in un paese straniero che stai incominciando a conoscere. Elena mi ha ispirato fiducia fin dalla prima consulenza ed è un’ottima organizzatrice e poi Mergim che è il nostro punto di riferimento locale fondamentale; lui, passo dopo passo, lavora sul posto perché tutto possa andare per il meglio senza che noi impieghiamo tempo e denaro per muoverci e cercare. Volevo essere appoggiata anche se già conoscevo un poco l’Albania, ho una coppia di amici che già vive lì e un caro amico albanese, ma qui si tratta di muoversi in ambiti specifici e i consigli degli amici non sono sufficienti e ti senti persa in un possibile progetto che vorresti realizzare. Già un trasferimento semplice è difficile da affrontare, ma iniziare un’attività lo è cento volte di più. Un servizio professionale del genere è sicuramente quello che cercavo; siamo agli inizi, ma tutto si sta svolgendo per il meglio e sono contenta.

Un servizio assolutamente indispensabile per poter garantire il trasferimento di una famiglia, senza sostanziali perdite di tempo e di denaro. La nostra esperienza è stata decisamente positiva, siamo stati seguiti passo passo ed informati adeguatamente delle azioni da porre in essere per finalizzare iscrizione dei figli a scuola, alle attività sportive, ricerca della casa, pratiche burocratiche, gestione animali domestici, ecc.
Consigliato a chi non ha tempo e denaro da perdere.

The team at Hexedes helped my husband and I find the home we wanted to purchase and worked real hard to get us the right price.

However it wasn't until our journey took us on a different path that I saw how much this team goes above and beyond to help it's customer, which to them we are family. I know that without them I wouldn't have been able to cope with our circumstances.

Once things settle we will be purchasing a home and I know 150% that they will be there every step of the way to do what is right for us.

I don't give great reviews lightly, but this team at Hexedes it truly amazing and I would recommend them to everyone.

Ottima Agenzia per Trasferimenti all'Estero. Indicata per chi ha in progetto di effettuare un trasferimento in un altro Paese con tutti gli aspetti da considerare che vengono curati al dettaglio dalle questioni burocratiche agli spostamenti fisici; a qualsiasi domanda fatta avrete sempre una puntuale risposta. We have had outstanding service from Hexedes as we moved from London to Rome. It started by supporting us in finding an appartment in Rome, just guiding us through confusing information. On site we were helped by our Hexedes representative in guiding us to a rich variety of appartments, which helped us ultimately pick what was right for us. Our Hexedes representative then helped us through a tricky negotiation process, with a lot of local potential loopholes, and held our hand all the way to signing. But she did not stop there, but continued support us with getting settled with mobile telephony, broadband access, setting up the appartment with all its technical details, and finding our way around Rome. The service has been provided in excellent English, with intelligence, humour, style and tireless attention to detail. We can recommend Desiree Lutzi and Hexedes strongly and thank you for your beautiful help to learn to love a new life in Rome.

Working with Desiree and Federica throughout the entire home buying experience has been great.
