Easy website to navigate, clear information about delivery times.
Ordered a gold and silver chain, they look amazing, are Christmas gifts for daughters who will am sure be delighted with how pretty they are.

Items arrived today, beautiful quality name and an initial necklaces. Excellent communication from the company and prompt responses to queries. Will definitely purchase from them again and would recommend to friends.

Superb Quality

This is the second time I’ve bought a name necklace from this site, and once again I’m really impressed. The quality is excellent, beautifully made and perfect for a child. The whole process was easy from start to finish, with quick updates and smooth delivery. I’m always happy with my purchases and will definitely use this site again!

Beautiful customised bracelet

The first piece I received was defective, but after I emailed customer service they sent a replacement within two days. Excellent service, and the bracelet is beautiful!

I bought myself a necklace with my 2…

I bought myself a necklace with my 2 sons names on it as I had seen the style necklace on a family member and instantly knew I needed one myself . The quality is good and so was the packaging. Since my first purchase I’ve also bought 2 personalised children’s name necklaces for my nieces for Xmas . Good experience xxx

I'm sorry you input the wrong address on your order - unfortunately we had already sent this before you realised and let us know. We offered to resend this free of charge, but as explained over email, the tracking shows this item is due to be returned to sender, so we will need to wait to receive it before we can do this.

Fabulous necklace

Fabulous necklace, amazing quality, quick delivery, the website is very easy to follow, they have different options for the chains, chain length, font, gold/silver, it's a very simple, quick process to choose exactly what you want. Would highly recommend.
