Awful awful! if you want to experience the worst customer service order directly from the website, i returned two pairs of shoes which cost 30$ (not indicated on the website at all) and they did not refund me the taxes of the two pairs, which was another 33$ when i called customer service they told me this wasnt true, i told them i had proof and they told me to send it by email and i never heard back.

Don't buy online. There customer service is terrible. I ordered a pair using their online store. Checked out and noticed my shipping address was wrong but billing was correct. Immediately emailed customer service and they gave me a line of "Don't worry bro, we will just ship them to the wrong address and if you don't get them in two weeks we got you." So, I didn't get them and two weeks later I reached out to the same CS agent and guess what..... Sorry dude, contact the carrier and try to work it out with them. We have your $$ already. So I got my money back through credit card. I wont buy any products from Crocs LLC or their other brands.

If I could leave 1/2 star I would. Where to start. Vogues coupon codes that don't work. Customer service that never answers phone or offers to provide any solutions. Orders that do not arrive for 3 months.. no refund. No information have to wait on hold for over an hour to find out that they cancelled your order because of stocking issues but didn't bother sending a refund or notifying you. I feel like the company online presence and customer service is a front for the Mafia. Just trying to steal money from everyone

Very deceptive website. Promotion shows right next to items on the website, yet will not apply to the said items. Called customer service and they said, oh, it only applies to selected items. Meaning not the ones that show the promotion on the website. Terrible!!!

HeyDude shoes has the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Communication after purchase was slow, and when I searched my order number, it never can be found. Can't reach anyone by live chat or phone now to return because they sent the wrong size. I would say order from another secondary company, but I've bought my last pair. Knock-offs would be better. On my way to Skechers...

Their coupons they send you via text or email are incredibly misleading, and their customer service is incredibly lacking. When you click on the link they send you for the code it takes you to shoes that aren’t even in the sale. And they are constantly running out of colors and styles in certain sizes. The sale they sent me said 2 for $64.99, and even said that on their website underneath the style of shoe. When I placed my order the coupon said it was applied, and would be applied at checkout. I got charged the full amount $140, and when I contacted customer service the told me the colors I chose were not part of the deal. Even though listed in their website underneath the “Wendy” style shoe- 2 for $64.99. I wanted to cancel my order, and was told that they don’t allow people to do that (which I didn’t know, but should have checked). They only offer exchanges or credit. I have bought at least 6 pairs of shoes from them in the past (me and my husband), but NEVER again. Truly exceptional shady, and the whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Bien entendu ... Je contacte par Chat Hey Dude et tombe sur un conseiller peu bavard mais le modèle choisi est une série spéciale et n'a pas droit à la remise ... des promotions comme celà je peux en faire tous les jours! Après retour sur le Chat le conseiller n'a pas daigné me donner une réponse !!!

I wish I had read the reviews of this company. I see many people wearing them so I wnet for it. The fact you can mail order and not try them on but not be able to exchange them. They do not have the ability to exchange

Ich habe meine Rücksendung am 16. Dezember 2025 bestätigt bekommen. Seitdem warte ich auf die Rückerstattung von 60 Euro. Laut E-Mail sollte diese innerhalb von 7 Werktagen erfolgen. Bis heute habe ich trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage weder mein Geld erhalten noch eine hilfreiche Rückmeldung bekommen.

Das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht angemessen. Ich kann daher nicht empfehlen, hier zu bestellen, insbesondere wenn man im Fall einer Rücksendung auf eine verlässliche Abwicklung angewiesen ist.

My husband has just acquired his 14th pair, he loves them for the casual look and absolute comfort... I love the huge variety and styles they are my easy go to gift for him and my pops. Definitely recommending for anyone who's about comfortable casual style. Oh they are not bad on the pocket book either.

18 days waiting for a refund following a return. This brand is not serious and does not respect its customers.

Company is a scam. They take your money and never ship the product out. I ordered my husband 2 pairs of shoes for christmas back in late november and when they had not arrived, i emailed to confirm. They said i would have to reorder them again at full price even though they havent yet refunded my card for the first 2 pairs. I have filed a complaint with my bank.

Second pair of shoes that immediately went bad (white blotches on them) after light wearing. I thought my first ones had gotten dirty and thus purchased a new pair. BUT this pair did the same thing... on this time, within 2 days! Now I realize that my first pair was defective as well, actually. These shoes are expensive and obviously not worth the price, as they are cheaply manufactured/flawed.

I purchased some slippers for a gift and checked out with what said 11 days delivery to me . It’s day 11 today and they still haven’t left the US I have emailed the company twice as the tracking number was showing nothing but I found a universal tracking number that shows the parcel. So far not a pleasant experience at all
