Multiple repeat prescriptions packages

I asked if in future my repeat prescriptions were delivered in one parcel as it's inconvenient to be available to accept yet another royal mail delivery. It also is wasting NHS resources paying for extra packages and postage costs.
The response was, our system is automated so couldn't be implemented, finally after more emails Hey Pharmacy said they pass onto the "team". In the course of communicating the system information was unesarry repeated.
A no time was I thanked for the feedback.
The last email stated the "team" would not provide updates for the feedback I had provided.

Therefore, my next repeat prescriptions are going to be processed by a competitor.

Due to our high level of automation, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that separate orders will be consolidated into a single shipment. I would like to reassure you that this does not result in any additional cost to the NHS; our pharmacy covers all extra shipping charges incurred by separate dispatches.
I also apologise if my previous messages felt repetitive. My goal was to be transparent about our processes, though I understand it was not the resolution you were hoping for.

Slow service

The service has become very slow, compared to what it was, so one needs to order well in advance. This is also needed as sometimes not all medicines are available and it is necessary to find alternative arrangements. The chatbot is not at all user-friendly and it is difficult to get the help or response needed.

The Best Online Prescription Service

What a superb user experience with Hey Pharmacist! I’ve been ordering my prescriptions from them for over 4 years and they provide a seamless service. If I ever have any issues, the customer service team are exceptional and give a timely, helpful response. Thank you to all your staff! 🌟

Trying to use the app

I would like to say I was impressed by Hey Pharmacist, but I'm not. The Rowlands app was much better. When ordering, I was able to tap in the first few letters, and the medicine would come up. I needed to order something, but on this new app which is being forced on us, you can't. I tried asking for help from the pharmacist and the surgery, but they just shouted at me. I felt put down and made to feel stupid

This secure connection is designed to streamline your care by ensuring that your GP remains in full control of which medications can be ordered and approved, providing a safer and more accurate service.
Regarding your experience of being shouted at, we sincerely apologise that you were treated this way. However, we must clarify that this occurred at your GP surgery, which is an independent organization. Usually very efficient

Usually very efficient. Not quite so this time, took 10 days to deliver one item. Staff excellent though, always very helpful. I would certainly recommend Hey Pharmacy. Can excuse the odd hiccup.

Am very impressed with the service

Am very impressed with the service. Had an emergency prescription rang them explained situation and received the medication the following day. I normally have my medication delivered monthly and have no issues always deliver on time. Well done for exceptional service to all concerned 👏👏👏

Not sure why it takes 6 days to prepare


Not sure why it takes 6 days to prepare an order?? if there is a problem with stock then maybe it would be a good idea to let us know because I am on my last tablet and 3expect it will be a couple of days until I get my order I don't really like the fact this is so tight on delivery makes me nervous.
