Used Hey Pharmacist for a few years now. Never had a problem.
If I’d had to contact them- due to my gp errors, they have dealt with it & sorted it out so quickly.
Brilliant service & I’m very happy.

Quick and reliable

It is such an easy process to order my medication through the app and it arrives in the post a couple of days later. I think it makes doctors lives easier and their is no queuing in the pharmacy for simple repeat prescription allowing them to focus on other more complicated matters. When I first joined up many years back things were very impressive/speedy delivery all good. Last few have been shocking as in over a week. So much I've took the decision to bin them off and go elsewhere. When its your medication thats needed and important then its just not acceptable this day and age.

So easy to use, no messing and delivered in days, no queue for script, no pharmacy queue, only to be told sorry we can’t complete your order you’ll have to come back, Summary, don't shout too loud everybody will want this 5 star service…..Thanks for being there.

The turnaround time from prescription request to delivery is now over one week, whereas it used to be 3 to 4 days. This has resulted in me running out of meds for the last two requests.

Very easy - a couple of clicks and my meds arrive a few days later.

I couldn't get into the app to place the order (this has happened quite often recently) so ordered the script through the NHS app. Delivery came as normal so not a problem
