I’m someone who generally avoids synthetic drugs. As a woman, I need painkillers during my period but sometimes I just endure the pain and avoid them. Then I discovered Hey Sister and it was absolutely game-changing. I love that it’s plant-based and drug-free. Frankly, I didn’t know such drug-free painkillers existed until I met Hey Sister’s period pain and PMS relief. Now I don’t have to suffer through my period pain anymore! I wish more women knew about this brand and could ease their difficult and painful menstruation days.

Came across this through my wife. For me it's been an incredible hack for sports injury recovery and reduced swelling and faster rehab progression for CrossFit and Soccer. What makes it especially valuable is that I can't take standard NSAIDs like Nurofen due to a reaction, so having a natural alternative that actually works is a game changer. This product has honestly changed my life. 20 years of Endo and fertility treatment (and the associated meds that go with it) I had an early Hystorectomy and double oophorectomy, effectively putting me straight into early menopause. As a 56 year old menopausal woman I have suffered ( not in silence) for four years. I sleep terribly and had hot flushes at night for years. When my daughter would lose 2-3 days each month, due to chronic pain, and emotional distress we were willing to try anything. The first month we noticed a little change, the next month was better and after that, she basically suffers for 2-3 hours and can get through with some Panadol and a heat pack. Amazing customer service, amazing products

I brought them for my 13 yr old, who got very angry and had alot of cramps the first few days of her cycle. We tried them the day she got them and for the few days, and she was very happy not to feel as uncomfortable but mostly she said I was so angry with everything.
Worked great so far.

I decided to try Hey Sister! because an influencer I follow raved about it, I was pretty sceptical but omg it was great. My cramps and bloating diminished, and I felt a major difference in my mood swings. Now that i've tried it, I don't think I can ever go back! xx
