I just got my order, and everything is so cute. The quality is amazing, especially for the price. Like, seriously, how are their prices so low? 😍 Definitely gonna be shopping here a lot more.

Very disappointed. Placed an order for two items about a week ago and have just had a refund from Hiccup with no explanation or email! I thought it seemed too good to be true and I was right! Will not be ordering from them again.

Update: I did receive an email from the company a bit later on the same day, citing "an integration error with our logistics partners", whatever that means. They said they have added £10 credit to my Hiccup account which sounds bogus as I'm pretty sure I don't have a Hiccup account! Dodgy.

I ordered a few things including trousers, and a few tops over 2 weeks ago and it is STILL being processed. I have tried to contact the help email, and have not received a reply.

Bought two cardigans, at first I was sceptical when I came across the website. I'm so pleased I bought them they are both good quality, affordable price and look exactly like the picture ,they were delivered within the time frame .so pleased and will be shopping here again

Avoid. Can’t return stuff and stuff is small.
Not the quality it makes out to be

I put order on 18th October 2024 and until today, I haven't received my order yet. I just sent a cancelation email to their support and let's see if they ever going to email me back. What ashamed! I think their website looks very good as well and thought that it would be my go place for fashion shopping. Dissapointed!
Update: It's now 2 stars review because their representative replied to my email and explained that they're having problem with chain of delivery. He also offered to help with delivery or in case of I still want cancelation and refund. I choose to cancel and hope next time I'd have better luck ordering again from them. Thank you.

I am still waiting for help to return an order and now I have been sent a duplicate order !! When trying to return the page says my email and order no cannot be found how can this be when I have already received this order ??? I just want to return this items, please help me with these returns.
