I was amazed at how attentive he was and how understanding he was to both my mum and me - a completely different experience to other nameless audiologists out there

A very relaxing and efficient service received. All questions and enquiries were answered, nothing was too much trouble, highly recommend.

I was seen on time and made feel comfortable. David explained what he was going to do and showed me the accumulation of wax in my ear and agreed a return visit to remove same.

Mam has got dementia and they were great with her very patient spoke directly to mam unless mam didn't no how to put her thoughts across then I was asked. I had the heading test and the doctor was very helpful and knowledgable. He explained everything fully and answered all questions. I would highly recomend Hidden Hearing .

Very efficient professional staff. Was concerned about hearing loss , turns out I am still ok in my ranges . This was a free test…I know now where to go when I do need assistance with my hearing. Highly recommend getting the test if you concerned about hearing loss

It was a great experience. Staff were friendly, helpful and very informative. The test was free quick and easy .and there was nobody pushing the product on you like most places would , just to make money out of you. Very honest approach, only advising hearing aids if absolutely need . I was very happy with my consultation and would highly recommend hidden hearing 👌

An honestly professional service offering a very thorough examination, clear explanation and practical advice.
In my own case, my hearing was found to be fine for my age, so the audiologist advised that I did not need any hearing aid.

We were made welcome. The test was explained clearly and in plain English to us.
I was comfortable and was amazed that my hearing was so bad. I was shown the results on the computer. The type of hearing aids were shown to me and fitted. I was amazed at the difference they made.

Highly recommended hidden hearing in Terenure. Excellent service, got a cross aid and the difference it has made is unreal. Barry the audiologist was so professional and helpful. Jade the receptionist is also a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars all the way.

Showed graph and highlighted the weak points.
There was no pressure and I was relaxed leaving. The outcome while I didn't expect it .
