Ik was op zoek naar een bepaald montuur van vinylize en vond hem nog bij dit bedrijf. Ik woon in Nederland en heb de gok genomen en het montuur besteld. This time I had to wait the oder because the frame was made in the factory. But I was informed and I ecept the waitig time. But I was already paid the frame and I didn't know then the waiting time.
The srews of the frame have to set harder on place time to time, but it's easy.
The look of the frame is great.

I was a little nervous ordering from overseas, as I could easily be scammed and have no recourse, but Hiframe maintained good communication and my frames showed up with zero issue AND a way better price than I could find in the states for the same frame... will definitely order again!!

Ich habe die Kojima-Brille bei Hiframe bestellt – und ich kann jeden nur eindringlich davor warnen, bei diesem Shop zu kaufen.

Ich habe die Brille zurückgeschickt, aber sie wurde auf dem Rückweg beschädigt, daher habe ich einen Versicherungsfall bei der Post eingeleitet. Doch der Empfänger des Pakets (Hiframe/Alberto) verweigert die Herausgabe der nötigen Fotos, solange ich den Klarna-Fall nicht vorher schließe – obwohl Klarna ausdrücklich davor warnt, da ein geschlossener Fall nicht mehr geöffnet werden kann.

Alberto setzt mich konstant unter Druck, den „Dispute“ zu schließen. Entweder versteht er das Rücksendeverfahren nicht, oder er versucht schlicht, mich ins Leere laufen zu lassen.

Ja, richtig gelesen: Ich soll meinen kompletten Käuferschutz aufgeben, bevor der Verkäufer überhaupt etwas unternimmt, um das Problem zu lösen. Und er hat mir schriftlich bestätigt, dass er die Beweise erst nach Schließung des Falls liefern will. Das ist manipulativ, unprofessionell und absolut inakzeptabel.

Aber es wird noch absurder.

Dem Paket lag ein Mikrofaserputztuch bei (scheinbar eine Art Limited Edition), das nirgends als Bestandteil des Produkts aufgeführt war. Da ich es bei der Rücksendung – logischerweise – nicht beigelegt hatte, will man mir 15 € dafür abziehen. Eine absolute Frechheit. Ein angebliches „Geschenk“ wird im Nachhinein wie ein kostenpflichtiges Produkt behandelt – ohne irgendeinen Hinweis darauf, dass es zurückgegeben werden muss.

Der Versand war extrem teuer, und beim Checkout gab es keine günstigere Versandoption.

Dazu kommt: Der Käufer muss sämtliche Rücksendekosten selbst tragen, bekommt keine Hilfe, kein Entgegenkommen, und wird zusätzlich mit 5 % „Reinigungsgebühr“ für jede zurückgesendete Brille belastet.

Der Kundensupport ist eine Katastrophe: ausweichend, abweisend und absolut unkooperativ. Die Kommunikation ist mühsam, Verantwortung wird stets abgeschoben. Es wirkt, als wäre das Ziel, den Käufer so sehr zu frustrieren, dass er einfach aufgibt.

So handelt kein seriöses Unternehmen.

Hände weg von Hiframe.

Ich habe inzwischen juristischen Rat eingeholt und werde den Fall bei Klarna, Stripe und im Notfall auch bei der Verbraucherzentrale eskalieren.
