No customer service. I deposited two checks with them and they cleared. As soon as I started to use my funds, they closed my account, claiming that both checks were fraudulent. They claim that the funds were returned to the issuing bank. I had the persons that provided the checks, check with their banks. They said the funds were not returned. I asked Highbeam for proof that the funds were returned but they refused to provide it.

Highbeam has been great to work with. The platform is easy to set up and use, and the tools are designed in a way that actually makes sense for eCommerce businesses. Everything feels clear and straightforward.

The team has been really helpful, especially Vaughn, any time I’ve had a question. They’re quick to respond and genuinely want to make sure you get the most out of the platform.

Even though I haven’t used them for funding yet, my experience so far has been excellent, and I feel confident continuing with them. I’d recommend Highbeam to any business owner looking for a modern banking partner.

Great banking partners - We've been using Highbeam for the past year and really love the platform they built. The support and team have been very responsive and they were really helpful in migrating over from our previous banking partners. I also really love the Shopify integration and the high yield checking account (the emails we get each month saying how much $ we made in interest are always some of my favorite emails).

Highbeam is in a league of their own. The team has consistently gone above and beyond what I thought was possible from a banking customer success standpoint. Providing valuable recommendations on how to handle unique capital situations with no bias towards their products. Creating no-fee, ad hoc spreadsheets designed to make my operating experience easier. So many B2B service brands talk about how they value the customer so much...but talk is cheap, I've never worked with a vendor let alone bank that consistently provides as much as value as Highbeam. Truly best in class.

Easy-to-use interface and quick, helpful customer service! Would highly recommend - my first choice for business banking

I have been banking with Highbeam for nearly 3 years ... I run an independently owned shoe business, 8-figure biz. I've been extremely impressed with the bank from day-to-day operating effectiveness & the personal service to the line of credit, which is pretty much unmatched to what I could get elsewhere. Pretty rare that I know my bankers by name -- and can text, call or email and get a personal response within an hour. I couldn't recommend Highbeam more if you run a small to medium sized ecomm/dtc business! Huge fan.

Huge disappointment. I have used it for 2 months now and I have had 3 major issues with this bank. Some of my purchases got automatically blocked, and I couldn't get SMS verification codes for 2 days, so I could not send or transfer money for those two days. They just said I had to talk with Visa and they sent me to Highbeam's bank issuer.

I had to send money from my Highbeam account to my Relay account to make some purchases. Very annoying and incredible that no one can help out. I had high hopes and it looked really good in the beginning, but I am just fed up by Highbeam and I don't trust them with my money. Use someone else until they have fixed their issues.
