The costomer service was bad

BeProfit is our daily go-to tool to check our Shopify stores, their sales, costs, profit, margins, etc. It's easy to setup and easy to onboard more stores. We're using it for years already and not planning to move to another app at all!

Beprofit is one of my favorite Shopify Store and other marketplaces sales and profit analyzing tools.
It can give you profit analysis in very detailed ways. Product, order,...etc.
I have other platforms like Triple Whale too but Be profit would be always my first choice.

This is not a trustworthy company.

I installed the BeProfit app (A Viably Owned App) via Shopify, but never initiated a free trial. Instead, I emailed back and forth with their support and they agreed to give me a much longer 45 day trial. This was not through shopify, but through the app developer directly. They NEVER stated they would begin charging me automatically after the 45 days were over. I have the full email thread as evidence. There is no gray area here. They never stated this.

I did not realize they were charging me ($449 per month!) for 2 months. When I realized 4 days after the 2nd charge, I contacted them. They refused to refund me. They said the charge was processed through Shopify and they could not do anything. Howeve, this was abolutely not true. I contacted Shopify support and they confirmed the the charges were NOT processed through Shopify. I again contacted this developer and they again refused to do anything about this.

I never provided credit card information directly to this developer. NEVER. This means the app developer utilized credit card info from Shopify to illegally charge me directly. I have informed American Express and they will be investigating. I also plan to escalate this issue with Shopify. Shopify should not allow app developers to leverage credit card information from Shopify to charge separately. This should be illegal.

Let's hope a company this shady is not allowed to continue providing services for Shopify.

Additional Info after Viably Reply: Again, we did not pick any free trial or subscription plan after installing the app. Adam in support added a 45 day trial to our account without us ever going through a subscription screen. Fortunately for me, this is all in the email thread with Adam. Shopify and American Express have both stated that this charge came directly from BeProfit and not through Shopify.

I was able to speak with Juan and Adam. Viably was very helpful with onboarding and ensuring a trustworthy and enjoyable experience while I navigated through there platform with one of there representatives. Overall great experience and great company and looking forward to continue working with them.

Every aspect of their Company is "Top Notch" 100% The best company who I have ever has the pleasure to worked with. SBC finally has a financial "Partner" NOT a Lender, but indeed A Partner! We have been in business since 1998 and have had our fair share of experiences with Lenders. Viably and Their Amazing, Highly Skilled, Authentic Team, surpasses by a long shot, any good experience we had with past lenders. I literally could go on and on about Juan and Felicia who are genuine to the core and as rare as it is, they are as good as their Word! They're authentic in every way and truly care about us, not just our business success, but US! We haven't worked with them. The reason I am leaving them a negative review is because they cold called me and even though I said I am not interested they continued to email me and continue to spam. To me that says they are a low integrity and no ethics type of business. You don't respect me now that you want my business so obviously you won't once you have it.
Edit (response to their comment): I wouldn't have a problem if someone contacts me but when I clearly tell you guys I am not interested and stop contacting me but you still go ahead and email me twice AFTER that is where it shows you have no integrity and don't respect others wishes at all.

Viably has been a boon for my Amazon e-commerce business. The free checking account is great because, well it's free. But also I can link it directly with my Amazon seller's account to get deposits and also use it to pay all related expenses. That's where Viably's business intelligence comes into play, helping me understand how my business is really doing. Lastly, the funding is based on my Amazon sales so there's no need to explain to a traditional funding source how I make money. It's also so easy to apply and then repay. I can't recommend Viably enough to anybody looking to really grow and scale their business.

The Viably team has done a great job in that what they say they are going to do, they do it.

In addition, their rates are the best in the business especially in these high inflationary times.
