Great service from Emma G at Height for Hire. Hiring the machine was quick and straightforward, and the whole process was hassle-free from collection to return. Being able to park my van on site while I picked up the machine was a really helpful bonus. I would definitely use them again.

Emma G was my point of contact throughout the process which is great, not being passed from different departments, Emma herself was very helpful and accommodating as my requirements for hire were a little muddled to say the least but she handled my hire amazing. Gent met me on the morning of the hire to run through the process which is very easy basically you can come and go as you please which is fantastic. Overall would definitely use them again.

We hire vehicles often from Height with Hire/High Drive , We have dealt with Julie Gray for a long time and is a fabulous point of contact for any assistance required, we have been advised that all bookings are now be be done online

Needed a cherry picker last minute to complete a renovation. After spending 2 hours ringing any company google suggested, being promised a call back within 10 mins to no avail. Or being told that there machines were unavailable for the foreseeable.

From the initial phone call to the return of the vehicle, the customer service from Emma G was outstanding. This lady could not have done anymore to help through the process. From taking the application for the hire of the vehicle to arranging the pick up and return of the vehicle. Emma G made everything work perfectly even managing to arrange pick up earlier than was initially planned.

I could not recommend this company and Emma more highly. And the prices of hire were more than competitive.

I was very pleased with our hire. The vehicle was in excellent condition and easy to use. We did benefit from having an excellent instructor in Craig. He explained everything very carefully and patiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Really nice friendly bunch, thats every one I spoke too, also kindly let me rearrange at last minute. Having paid for scaffolding this option is safer quicker and can be instantly moved, so cheaper and better. We were totally new to using the equipment but all was well explained and support on phone was great too !!

The team was excellent in advising on booking process.
Price and availability for self driving cherry picker was also great. On collection, a member of their team welcome me and gave me complete explaimation on how to operate the cherry picker as it was my first time.
The cherry picker was in really good condition and allowed me to repair my roof for a fraction of the cost I would have paid for a scaffolding and roofer. Really pleased!
