I bought my goods thinking they would


I bought my goods thinking they would come next day deliver just as it says on their website.
I received 2 emails saying goods delayed and I eventually got them Friday evening.
Whats wrong with everybody has nobody pride in their job anymore.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery timescale.

Having reviewed your order, it was placed on Tuesday and dispatched on Wednesday via a next working day courier service, in line with our published shipping policy: https://expresswipers.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy.

As outlined on our website, orders are shipped on a next working day service, with a processing time of 1–3 working days before dispatch. Your order was dispatched within this timeframe. Unfortunately, after leaving our premises, the parcel experienced an unexpected delay in the courier network while travelling from London to Aberdeen, which was outside of our control.

We appreciate that delays can be frustrating, which is why we provided updates throughout and responded promptly to your enquiry. While we're sorry the courier delay affected your experience, we believe your order was processed, dispatched and communicated in accordance with the service and timescales advertised.

The white wipers were delivered as promised, they are well packaged and compressed to minimise space for storage. The rags all look clean and don’t have any smell. I have used them for when painting, bike cleaning and general DIY.

Courier issues

No issues with the company themselves but the courier they choose to use (DPD) dampened the experience after two failed deliveries, meaning the next day delivery was two days late. Customer support were polite and apologetic but ultimately not able to do anything. One to watch our for if you are in a rush
