I had a similar experience to many on here. I ordered a Seattle Seahawks whisky decanter from this company and they sent me a laughably bad painted bottle that looks almost nothing like the product on the website. I wish I could attach a picture to show people. I received my money back, but not the shipping I paid, which was $10.

I ordered a whiskey bottle decanter. The product is not the same as the product on the website. It’s smaller than advertised and the bottle top is not what it’s supposed to be. Also, the color of the bottle (blue) was supposed to extend to the edges of the bottle and it doesn’t. Also, I was provided with a tracking number but every time I tried to track the item, I kept getting “page not found” on the tracking page. At least I received my product and it wasn’t broken upon delivery considering it traveled far from China and was handled by many people.

Tried emailing them 3 times to get an address return authorization. NO REPLY!

The item I ordered was not at all what was pictured. The item I received is so unbelievably cheap looking. They even spelt "Anniversary" as "Anniversa." Do not recommend at all!

I've gotta say, I had a tiny hiccup with my order at first, but shoutout to their support for being so professional. They got back to me in like an hour and sorted it all out. The bottles are solid quality for the price.

The mugs I ordered were not like the pictures. The price i paid was not worth the product received.

Picked this up for a small get-together and it ended up being a total hit. The glass feels solid and looks great, and people kept asking where I got it from.

Scam website. The product pictures they use are fake and AI generated. The item I received was laughably bad and nothing close to the item pictured. When I contacted them to return the item for a refund, they said I had to pay $80 to return it to China. The original cost of the item was only $40, and it was shipped to me from 2452 Gillingham Circle, Thousand Oaks, California - An obviously a scam tactic to make buyers feel like they have no options. This is intentional, multi-layered deceit.

If you were also scammed by this company, I recommend filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company and filing complaints with the FTC and your state's Attorney General.
