Wish I could rate them zero stars. I ordered the products in September and as of December they have not arrived. It is somewhere at the shipping facility due to "bad address". Tried to contact the shipping facility and they only take queries on a chat which is not working due to "system issues". Customer service at Lukalula is less than helpful. They keep telling me to contact the shipper and that they cannot give a refund unless the product is returned. I am convinced I will never get a refund nor the products I ordered. And if I ever get the products they will be such poor quality that they are not usable.

The products are nothing like what's on the website and I have reached out several ways and have zero response still after a week. I received items that are marker painted and smeard along with cheap look cheap quality definitely made in China. I usually look for reviews and the one time I didn't hear we are. Don't purchase anything its a scam. I received all items with defects, damages and if its an American selling Marine Corps memorabilia you should be shut down n sued for defamation to our country real service members and you and those that run this scam place sent to jail.

So here I am again. Still seething. After reading other reviews I understand I will not only lose the whopping amount cheated from me, but also the bear and the cost of sending it back. I wrote a review on their website - still no sign of it. What I would like to know is there any global class action against this company for false and misleading advertising that I could join?

Absolute SCAM! Avoid!

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Item came with numerous missing core parts, making it useless. Asked for items to be sent or a refund and got generic responses saying “everything was delivered.” Ridiculous! And the item looked NOTHING like the pictures online. Total scam!

I've already written a bad review, but as of trying to return my item after canceling the order within the time frame. They sent me a link to a form to fill out that I was never able to get into. This place is a huge scam! Do not shop here! I wasted 50.00 and had to throw the item away. This place should not be able to sell anything!!!

Hi , I've placed an order just a day before and trying to contact the customer service team to cancel them .it is not shipped yet and I have an option to cancel the order , but it says it's been shipped .I wish to cancel the order and receive a refund .Could you please reply back .Thanks

NOT DELIVERED ON TIME!
I purchased 2 dresses for my maternity photoshoot and the website clearly stated 10 business days. Took me a whole month to get the dresses. Reached out to customer service on how to go about a return and they said the product was on its way. Reached out again once I received the dresses since I no longer needed them because of how long it took and they never got back to me. I spent $140 on two dresses that I didn’t use and on top of that had to order a dress from somewhere else to be able to have a dress for my photoshoot. Wasted my money and now I'm stuck with 2 dresses I don’t need.

Received dresses in good condition but no longer needed them. Its been nearly two months since returning the dresses and I have yet to receive my money back. Horrible customer service.

This website is a scam. Do not shop here.

The dresses were INCREDIBLY inaccurate for the correct sizes. I ordered a small and the small seemed as though it was supposed to be XL. Also, I returned them and they told me that "I can front the cost of the return but its too expensive for shipping, however if I wanted to return they would refund me." I thought that was an odd comment but I ended up returning and have been waiting for my money to be refunded for the past 3 months. Screams scam to me.

I would rate a Big Fat 0 if I could! SCAM! FRAUD! Complete Garbage!!! Received my dress three weeks later than promised opened the package and saw the "dress". You can't even call it that! It's a cheap piece of fabric that isn't even the correct color. It's not even worthy of wiping the floor with or grease spots in the garage! I'm so mad! I wish I read the reviews before falling for this trap!!!! I requested a refund but after reading the comments, I am very doubtful that I'll be even getting a response. What a waste!

Katastrophe. Die Bilder sind so stark bearbeitet das man einen Schock bekommt wenn man die echte Ware erhält. Die Farbe weicht ab die Qualität ist einfach nur grottig und die Ärmel sind z.B. kürzer als auf dem Bild. Außerdem ist das Kleid einfach mal durchsichtig. Ich wollte mein Geld zurück man hat mir einen lächerlichen Teil davon geboten. Rückversand nach China ist der Horror also fällt diese Option sowieso weg. Nie wieder bestelle ich irgendwas aus China.

I would put 0 if I could. Did 2 orders, none of the dresses look as described at all. No option to return on their website and support is not responding. Wasted $500 on this. Don’t waste your time and money.

Unfortunately i can't swear in here, but this would be the only appropriate wording to describe this company. I ordered a dress from them and due to the fact that was too big i wanted to return it- they gave me the address to send it to, and advised that i need to cover the cost of postage. i sent it via DHL so i was able to track it. DHL tried to contact them to clear out the shipment so the dress can be returned. they refused to do it- so they don't have to issue my refund. i tried to contact them too- but suddenly no response. Absolutely disgraceful, this company is just a joke)and please do not order anything from them as you will regret it!

I fell victim to a big scam. I ordered two dresses totaling about $60, but they never arrived. After waiting for a few months, I reached out to them, only to be told to wait again. When I asked for a refund, they ignored me. It's been a few years now, and I still receive their marketing emails every day. I'm baffled as to how they're still in business despite having an 83% negative review rating and just one star. Even as recently as April 24, 2024, someone left a one-star review.

At this point, I feel compelled to share my experience and warn others. Before making any online purchases, I urge everyone to check reviews on Trustpilot and Google. I deeply regret not having this insight a few years ago

Absolute SCAM! The product you receive is such low quality, looks nothing like the photos. Then you can’t even return it for a full refund. Customer service is a joke. Had I seen all of these negative reviews beforehand I would’ve never even looked at their site. Unfortunately you can’t leave reviews directly under their site/products.

Received a dress that looked nothing like the pictures, the return process is a giant run around. Would never order from this company again.

very bad service and products, Products are absolutely not close to the pictures they show in site. The product quality is poor, and doesn't match with the photos. And they never mentioned in the return section, that customer would need to pay shipping and customs.

Do not buy at this site!! It’s a scam!!!! They canceled my order and never refunded my back despite of multiple emails saying they were going to. Don’t waste your time, money and patience with this website!! Just don’t!!!!
