Not worth 1 star. If you want work done don't question why they give you 2 completely different quotes and ask for clarification. Workshop manager emailed to say they now won't complete the repair because we questioned the quote, despite us already waiting weeks for an appointment. Phoned him to try and work it out but he didn't call back. Coward !!! Funny thing is, we wanted repair done in order to trade in for a new van. Won't now be from them though.

We used Highland Campers to store our car and a trailer while we rode motorcycles round the NC500. The team were so friendly and accommodating and the facilities were very secure. I would highly recommend this place if you need a safe place to keep a vehicle.

We were on holiday doing the NC500 and had an issue with our Campervan. They were absolutely fantastic and so helpful. Then due to my own ignorance of certain details we went back the next day and they took time to do a check and then explain to me what I didn’t know lol
If you are ever ina similar predicament I would recommend them totally!

We recently bought our motorhome (second hand) from a dealer where we live in east Yorkshire. We traveled up to Scotland and first night stayed at the kelpies. Found we have a gas leak so couldn’t use the gas . We then travelled to Loch Ness and found a place to take a look at the problem , Highland Campervans, they fitted us in straight away and put a new gas value on . They were such lovely staff , very accommodating and helpful . We set off again and traveled up the west coast . When we stopped at Durness we found we had no water even though we’d filled it up , and the pump wasn’t working . Looked for another repair and closest was in Inverness at highland campervans , rang them and they booked us in for the next morning , giving us chance to drive back down . We felt very disheartened with our motor home purchase by this time but the staff were so friendly and helpful . We were able to wait in their cabin with our 3 dogs . Given hot drinks and a bit of tlc. This company and their staff are fantastic. The repair didn’t take too long and the charge is very fair ! We are 100% happy with the work carried out and would definitely recommend them . It’s a shame we live too far away or they would be our go to place for issues in the future.

Amazing company to deal with! We needed to refill our gas bottles for our Adria Motorhome asap. We called in as we were in the Inverness area on our touring holiday - nothing was too much trouble, Sharon was so friendly/helpful and we were able to also purchase some motorhome supplies too as they hold a great range.
10/10 well done and thank you!

We have a Dutch Motorhome and we needed a new gas bottle and could not find a fitting connecter. We tried several stores and then I made a phone call to Highland Campervans near Inverness. The lady on the phone friendly invited us to come over and she was very kind and helpfull. She gave us a fitting connecter and a new Calor gas bottle and helped fill in the form.
We are very happy Highland Campervans helped us so that we could continue our trip through amazing beautiful Scotland!

Highland Campervans have once again given us amazing service! We had an issue with the seat mechanism on our Solaris XL and they booked us in at extremely short notice to help us out with it. Great service. Short notice water pump fail and replacement within 24 hrs. No hassle and fair rate.

We came in with a rented campervan, which had a broken air-vent. An air-vent which the rental company originally said was our fault was damaged.
Highland campervans took us in an and inspected the van and concluded that it was historic damage on the van, and actually spoke with the rental company for us in order to make them refund our invoice, which the rental company eventually also did, because of their work and dedication to help.
Staff was super kind to us as well 😀
Overall a great experience with the company, and they have our deepest gratitudes, for their excellent service.

We have hired a mobile home from Preston Lancashire to tour Scotland for Easter had issues with Toulet cassette called Highland Campervans spoke with Emma who is a real life Angel she helped us no end so we can continue with our holidays thank you Emma big time xx happy Easter this is definitely the place to go and they have some amazing vans for sale at a fantastic price xx Ian Craig and mum xx

Thanks very much to the team at Highland Campervans who helped me get my self built van through a habitation report for my Insurance company. Insurance is now sorted and can not thank them enough for fitting me in at short notice

I had a leak in my skylight and water was coming into my van. I arrived unannounced and fortunately the guys found a window to fix this given the situation and impending poor forecast for the week. The guys did some investigation work, sourced the issued, took skylight apart at the frames, and resealed everything to a higher standard. I'm very pleased. Mark kept me up to date with progress, I was able to sit in a comfortable waiting room with refreshments. Job done, the price for the work was very fair. I will be back with any future van issues to the company.

I bought a motorhome via their broker side of the business. When I was driving home from picking the van up, I saw that a it had a stone chip on the front window. I contacted them to see if there was anything that could be done to fix it. They explained, due to it being sold via the broker side of things it was not their problem. They did offer me a goody bag though, WHOOPEE! They told me to try and get it fixed via my insurance, which of course would have an excess. Not happy with the after sales at all.
