This place not only calls me at work but also on my personal cell constantly. I've blocked them, asked them to stop, and even filed an FCC complaint but still get calls. I even reached out to their chat and they said they removed me, however they didn't even ask for my number so I know that was a lie.

Avoid this company like a plague. I dont know how their marketing and collusion with other players have made this company where they are. They are all over conferences touting their capabilities which are not based in reality.
Facts:
1. Their product is not scalable despite what they love to tell.
2. One hand does not know what the other is doing.
3. Product is work in progress and has serious gaps.
4. Love to take Indian holidays leaving their clients to fend for themselves and then blame them for missing deadlines.
5. Serious issues in lack of understanding for their own products and what they market.

Bottom line, avoid at all costs and use mature products established in North America. They use you as a way to improve their products and then sell those services to you.

I have been in contact with HighRadius for many years as a Credit executive for a multinational company. They were even invited to one of our tenders years ago in Credit Management. They have an inspiring system concerning a number of AR and Credit issues.

My problem is that they are very bad organized. For this reason I am not considering them anymore as serious service provider. I receive calls from time to time from various people within HighRadius trying to present their solution, however it had been presented to me several times. I even had video conferences with them in which I explained what our needs are. Their customer relationship management is a disaster. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing... I don't take any calls anymore and delete the emails they send me.

This company has called me incessantly, from phone numbers in the areas where I do business so I keep answering their calls in case it is a customer. Even when I have told them I do not have time, or they need to email me and not call, they still call. I have told them I am not the decision maker and I will not purchase their services, they still call. They scheduled me for a meeting, I asked them to send an email, they called when I did not attend. They claim to have sent packages in the mail and ask for confirmation of receipt. I tried calling their corporate office to see if these calls are legit or a scam, and I cannot get a human on the phone. I absolutely would not recommend this company.
