I encountered an issue with a transaction, but after reaching out to customer support, my case was escalated and handled by Neela, who was helpful and assisted me in finding a solution. I appreciate her efforts, but I hope for more clarity regarding payment and refund policies to avoid such situations in the future.

Their subscription/membership cannot be cancelled. Had to cancel my credit card to get rid of them.

DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.
They scammed my father twice, with this website and with another one called "alwaysgogame".
They sent an email to my father making him believe to pay 2 euros to have more gigabytes on his smartphone that he needed, instead he found himself subscribed to these websites and without 4 euros on his credit card (maybe they would have taken more money if we had waited some days more)
Besides, they fooled us telling us that they were going to cancel the subscription, instead they didn't.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS, they are writing them, I'm sure.

This is a scam! I got a subscription without my consent and now they are blackmailing me to remove the bad reviews for a refund! Please, people, don’t remove your reviews!
