No compensation for a delayed flight…

I have received no compensation for a flight that has been delayed for over 2,5 hours.

After inputting my account and waiting for the stated 5 working days, I am yet to receive any compensation or any further communication.

After reaching out through the customer email at contact @ hikoala.co with an inquiry about an update on the status of my compensation, my email has been ignored for further 5 working days now.

Un Koala dopé

Je pense sincèrement que vous devriez changer votre logo du Koala...car c'est tout à fait le contraire, rapidité réactivité et du sérieux..je tiens sincèrement à vous féliciter pour votre professionnalisme.
