Hiliq have closed down, do NOT place any orders with them, they will not be processed. They will just take your money, try contacting them via email, live chat, WhatsAppp they will not answer anything. Pathetic really

Ich habe vor Monaten! die erste Bestellung aufgegeben und nie eine E-Mail mit den Zahlungsinformationen erhalten. Auf das Kontaktformular und die E-Mails (2 Support-Emailadressen; eine deutsche und englische versucht) antwortet NIEMAND. Es ist einfach keiner zu erreichen in dem Laden und auch die nachgolgenden Bestellversuche (auch über einem anderen Account) waren erfolglos.
Existiert hier ein Support überhaupt?
Geht es irgendwem genauso?

In der Vergangenheit waren Bestellungen jedoch möglich.

This is the first ever review I ever leave on trust pilot but figure they definitely deserved it. Hiliq has been incredible to me. I reside in Quebec and shipping was quick. Discret and NO CUSTOM !! NO TAXES!!! THE DREAM!! I AM GONNA SAVE SO MUCH MONEY. Those poor review really scare the hell out of me but I was so desperate I took the plunge and boy am I glad I did. Now, you may ask why three Stars. That is because I still haven't tried the product, I am waiting for laboratory analysis and this review will be updated when I have the result but I am quite hopeful.

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht.
Ich bin schon seit zig Jahren Kunde hier.
Immer alles schnellstens geliefert bekommen (nbase). Nie ein Problem gehabt. Nicht mal mit dem (CH)Zoll.
Ware auch immer top Qualität.
Hab auch schon zig Leute zufrieden an hiliq vermittelt, die sich vorher noch sauteuer die 10ml shots irgendwo gekauft haben 😉😇

I guess I should have looked here before I ordered! I've placed over 2 dozen orders from China this year. Hiliq is the ONLY place that I got an import duty fee from. They use DHL, the worst possible carrier on earth, and my $42 package is being held hostage for a $23 import duty - 55%! And that's after a $28 shipping fee... $50 in shipping/fees for a $40 item.. HUH?!?

I'm better off buying nic from New Zealand or the UK. Certainly won't ever use this place again!

Hiliq - get with the program! There are plenty of ways to circumvent the shipping/tariff issue, and DHL is the worst possible option you could use. You don't even give a choice - DHL Express is the only shipping option. I have no problem waiting 3-5 weeks for my order to arrive to save $50.

I just received a $513 order from China in under 2 weeks... The fees were less than I paid for the $40 item from you, and it was included in the price I paid - not slapped with a hostage fee to get my order.

I highly suggest you look into a company called UniUni.... Maybe you won't have so many pissed off customers!

Placed an order mid September, it was delivered to a completely random address, which the courier couldn't find so returned to sender. I've sent multiple emails, chat requests but no response, and the telephone number provided is disconnected.
Ridiculously high postage costs, terrible customer service, and I'm now down $200.

I'm not paid or anything for this review. I want say to say that HiLIQ is my savior! Was referred by deepseek and this is the best bet I ever took since 2-3 years. Nicotine is a little bit orange/yellow. I ordered 100% PG 72mg and when in freezer, had little chunks of ice, which never happened with nicselect. The nic has a sweet taste even being in PG. It masks a bit of the added flavor but the overall taste is still very pleasant.

I bought nicotine salts for my friend in Europe but she received concentrated flavour instead. I tried the live chat and also sent them an email but nothing apart from deafening silence from their end. So I will be taking the matter up with Visa Card plus leaving a feedback wherever possible.

Alles wie beschrieben und innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit geliefert. Ware wie immer Top und supersicher eingeschweißt, dazu noch Packwatte drum herum gewickelt in einem Karton. Am 04.06.2025 bestellt und heute da. Perfekt.

Wahre wurde nicht zugestellt. Ich soll nun für den erneuten Versand bezahlen. Ob ich dann die wahre erhalten würde ist fraglich da eine Verfolgung des Pakets nicht möglich war. Der Support ist leider nicht kooperativ und verweist mich darauf das keine deutschen Gesetze gelten

SCAM - FRAUD do not waist your money, terrible customer service

This is the first time ordering from Hiliq. Ordered some nicotine and sweetener and paid directly on their website on the 11th of November 2024. Today's the 27th my order still hasn't arrived. I sent them many emails asking for help, they answer promptly, words and no action. I'm very disappointed with their service.

The products seem fine but it's a mixed bag in customer service. Generally ok but had some mental health disaster of a customer service rep who told me we "don't need customers like you & I'll cancel your order" when I asked about delivery delays? Straight up polite enquiry & that was the response? It's like moody teens work there?lol. Product arrives though so no issues there. Just inconsistent professionalism so be forewarned.

Das Nikotin oder was immer in der Flasche ist verklebt meine Lunge. Ich bekomme nur noch sehr schlecht Luft nach ca 2ml angemischten Liquid.

Das Anmischen wurde ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt und ich bin erfahrener dampfer.

Wollte mir das Geld für die Nikotin Shots sparen und bin so auf Hiliq gestoßen.

Erworben habe ich 250ml/100mg.

Lasst lieber die Finger davon.

Support super, Packt kam ohne Probleme an…. Wenn ich nicotin base bestellt, wundert euch nicht darüber was drauf steht… es ist definitiv das was ihr bestellt😉

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht von dem Kundenservice, aber das Paket kam unvollständig an, so dass ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben kann

Brauch kein Aroma, habe inzwischen auch kein Geld mehr für NIkotinbase bestellen da ich Stellensuchen bin und habe nun 750 ml Aroma zuhause die man nicht riechen kann...

Takes forever to arrive, called the customer help line for literally 2 days and not even answered and when I finally got to chat help line and explained how long I have waited and asked to cancel order was told to “read the laws, and good luck”
