Worst customer service ever seen! J'ai effectué une commande il y a plus de six mois que je n'ai jamais reçu. Malgré 4 courriels envoyés, ils n'ont même jamais pris la peine d'y répondre ni de me rembourser. J'avais également commandé sur CENTRAL VAPORS presque au même moment et eux, ont pris soin de me répondre et même de me rembourser sans même encore avoir reçu le paquet (qui fût retourné aux douanes). Bref, NIC BASE n'a pas a coeur de bien servir ses clients. Première fois que je suis aussi décu d'un achat de nicotine. WORST NICOTINE SUPPLIER EVER SEEN...STAY AWAY and go buy from CENTRAL VAPORS ou nimporte quel fournisseur qui se soucie réellement de ses clients

I'm not sure why anyone would ever give a bad review for this company unless they are against vaping and writing bad reviews on purpose. I have made several orders from this company, all shipped fast, like the same day.
The nicotine has always been high quality and if i ever had any questions i was able to call and get someone one the phone quickly. All the conversations i have had with them were very helpful and professional.
This is a top notch company and still going strong despite all the intervention from those against vaping and nicotine including the government.
I would never hesitate to place an order with them ever.

This company is weird. They have awful communication and don’t respond to emails. They assure you that you’ll receive your order, to get you to buy their stuff only to wait 3/4 days for your item to ship and then even if you buy 2 day/1 day shipping, it will still take a week. They drop it off at UPS access points, for some reason not an actual UPS store which would make more sense than an access point. It’s just them being lazy and having no sense or urgency as if the people who pay for their product don’t keep them in business. I’d not shop here, if you do DO NOT pay $40 to get 1 day air because they’ll take it to an access point and it’ll take forever to get it. I’ll likely never come here again. They’re full of sh*t and unhelpful and slow.

I almost didn’t buy cause of rating. I received it 3 days after ordering on 2day air I got the 3mg 50/50 and it’s so smooth. I’ll never buy from anywhere else. Will always receive my business. Thanks NicBase

Due to a new law regulations in my country I had to return my purchase. Never got back my promised on their website refund! I felt robbed!

I used an app to come up with the quantity I needed to come up with a batch, second-guessing myself I called Nicbase, within five or six rings a gentleman answered, very pleasant, I told him my situation and what I was looking to achieve, he went through what I had in my shopping cart, and confirmed my quantity was right. It was a Friday, after 6:00 p.m. when I place the order, on Monday my tracking number showed up, on Wednesday it was delivered. I knew that my order wasn't going to be even looked at until Monday morning when they started processing orders. Everything arrived that I ordered in good condition. (A few more peanuts crammed into the box wouldn't have hurt). I have not tried what I purchased, as I need to mix it all together and then let it steep for a month to 3 months at least. I saw a piece of advice, which I'll pass on, order your nicotine in the colder months, that way it's not exposed to the heat in transit. Or order next day shipping, spend the extra $3.
As advertised, they said odorless nicotine, so I have to assume that the batch was made correctly. However and liquid form I like the taste and smell of just nicotine vape. At this point I would recommend Nicbase

I placed the order and 4 days later I get an email saying that the USPS has it. 4 days! I do not recommend them and will be searching for another company that actually does what it's supposed to.

I was hesitant to order from nicbase at first. Online talk of the company is sporadic and I'm not a member of any of the vaping forums so I basically just skimmed the surface internet. Anyway, I gathered as much data as I could which turned out to be about as conflicting as data can possibly be. I'd read something about how great nicbase is, then right after that I'd read something about how they ruined someone's life and then another thing about how fast the delivery was and then another thing about how someone's delivery never came. So it's basically all useless information. But I had a hard time believing a company could perform that inconsistently. I already know there is a smear campaign going on against vaping. Just search "vaping" in YouTube and see what you get. It's not very subtle, literally every result will be a video about the negative effects of vaping despite there being a million vape review/diy/etc channels out there. I would be totally fine with this if these "harmful effects" videos were accurate but they are just not. I don't want to get into it here because it actually kinda pisses me off but I just encourage everyone to do your own research. Demand specificity. Know exactly what you are talking about when you refer to "vaping" and insist that others do too. Anyway long story short, I'm pretty sure YouTube and other sites "sanitize" a lot of the talk about vaping. Why do I say that? Well because there will be hundreds of comments on a vape YouTuber's channel asking "does anyone know where to buy nic online?" worded a multitude of ways but all fundamentally asking the same thing. Yet not a single response can be found. Not from the YouTuber, not from other commenters. None. So I banked on that being the case and also on the fact that I was only looking at a $20-$30 dollar loss if I ended up being one of the unfortunate souls who the company robbed and abandoned. That, of course, did not happen. I submitted my order, didn't think much would happen in a day, plus I was busy with work which I have a separate email for. Next time I checked it was two days after I placed the order and there was an email from Nicbase saying my order had already shipped two days ago. In other words, the same day I placed it. I looked at the timestamp on the email, it shipped a couple hours after I placed the order. It shipped from Minnesota I believe. Somewhere in Minnesota to my mailbox in Los Angeles, CA. Oct 30 - Nov 2. That's three frickin days. That's insane. I didn't order much just 120ml bottle of 10% nicotine dilution suspended in 100% PG. That's 100mg/ml concentration which of course must be handled with extreme caution because nicotine is toxic at that concentration even if you just touch it. So you must wear gloves, a mask, and safety goggles when you mix it. No exceptions. Or don't. Be a ƒ*cking idiot and O.D. on nicotine. I'm sure that will be a great time compared to the thirty seconds it takes to put on protective gear. Anyway, the nicotine arrived in a cushioned envelope. Inside the envelope was a thick plastic pouch with a permanent air-tight seal containing a blue pharmaceutical bottle of nicotine produced by Delosi Labs. I used my knife to cut the bag open. the bottle was clean-room clean. Like... clean mf clean. Either Nicbase or Delosi must have some sort of process to ensure there is no residual nicotine on the outside of the bottle. By that point I had no doubts about the contents of that bottle but I wanted to peep the quality so I geared up and made a recipe. The nicotine is crystal clear. Delosi labs is not effing around in the slightest. I only vape 3mg/ml and this nic is so damn pure that it's barely detectable. But I had been vaping 0% for a couple weeks prior so to me the contrast was pretty noticeable. Not so much in the throat hit, mostly in the girth it gives to the flavor. There's a sense of weight compared to 0% which is just fluff. And then again in the seconds following an exhale there is the slight tingle and numbness? Not numbness. Maybe numbness. I'm actually not sure of the right word to describe it. It's a feeling of high-quality-ass nicotine that's what it is. I definitely feel more buzz from this nic than I do with commercial e-liquid. If you've ever eaten Jalapeños from Ralphs or Vallarta you know how you can munch on those things raw and you'll only get a slight sensation? But then eat a jalapeño or serrano out of someone's back yard garden. It will surely give you a sense of what that pepper is all about. Not saying the nicotine is spicy, ƒ*** off it was an analogy. I'm butchering this poor company's review. In closing, I was contemplating deducting a star due to the company not making an effort to command their own narrative but ain't nobody got time for that, they're busy doing their job and exceeding expectations. Doing quality ish = yes is.

Placed order and there has been no update to shipping. Unable to contact this company by phone, email, or message via the website. After logging in after 5 days company has a pop-up saying they are moving. At the present time, I would not trust or recommend this business.

Superfast process and shipping. Very high-quality product and professional packaging. Minor issue when I accidentally double ordered and I was given a credit within hours. I trust their purity and I will be buying from them again.
