I booked my bunny in for board from the…

I booked my bunny in for board from the 27th-3rd Jan. I called up to book then actually went into the store to double check the booking. The lady assured me that the dates we're fine, we had a long chat about their boarding services. Today on Christmas Eve I got a call to say they wasn't actually open!! We have booked a holiday to Wales and now have no one to have out bunny. I am beyond disappointed. I have never come across such an unorganised establishment. The guy that called me wasn't even apologetic. I would give this company-1 star if I could.

Good service!

Hills was one of the few places which sold the item I needed in the correct colour. Ordering was easy and despatch and delivery were both prompt. I'm delighted with the multi-box for my dog's Flexi lead!
I would definitely order from them again

Hard to deal with.

This for me is not a company to be recommended .Having said that the food is good but you are unable to talk to anyone about the food they just say a Vet has to do it for you. Have you tried getting Vet to do that.
