Box faulty, customer support slow.

The bar across the leads as they enter the box would not lock in place, as a result the lid does not seal easily to make the box waterproof.
I contacted customer support who said they would pass the info on to quality. I heard nothing so contacted quality who asked me to send a video but there email system rejected the message. I emailed two days ago asking what to do and have heard nothing back.

Apologies for the delay in our response. Like many other UK businesses, during this time we have had reduced staff numbers and within the last few weeks, we have returned to normality.

I am not sure what has gone wrong here? We have a very robust mail system, so I don't believe the issue would have been at our end. But, I am sorry if you feel you didn't receive a good level of customer service & we would like to put things right.

There's no such a thing as next day


There's no such a thing as next day delivery, I paid for next day delivery and I got my products in more than a week, I wonder what if I was going for the standard delivery?? One month?? 😅 👎

I am always upset to see these reviews, as we strive for excellent customer service.

What I can see is that we did have a stocking issue on this line of products, but we did contact you to arrange alternative arrangements - Yet we did unfortunately not receive a response.

EXPANDER-D KIT

Have purchased other products by Hilltop before this time a EXPANDER-D KIT for cable sleeving. Great product, first class service and a good price.
Thoroughly recommended.

Problems with order but company did rectify

I didn't receive the product I ordered, but although it was some months later (due to lockdown) the company did come back to me and process a refund, which was much appreciated.

I was disappointed to see this review, I have taken a look at your order and I can see that it was placed on the 19th June after work hours & despatched the following day on a Royal Mail 48 Service.
