Could not recommend Rachel enough at hilltop mortgage solutions, she has made our process in all this stress free. From the very beginning Rachel has helped us and nothing as ever been to much trouble she advised us over a year ago how to improve our credit score and once we were in a better situation contacted her straight away and here we are now buying our first home we couldn't have done this without your help. No matter day or time you have worked with us answering any questions we had nothing has ever been to much trouble for you. We honestly can't thank you enough

I cannot recommend Adrian at Hilltop Mortgages highly enough. From start to finish, he has been an incredible source of support, guidance, and reassurance throughout the entire mortgage process. Adrian was an excellent communicator and highly knowledgable. He acted quickly given the urgency of my application and he exercised all due diligence leaving no room for risk of my mortgage being refused. I would use this company repeatedly. Extremely reasonable on costs and they act with integrity and find solutions that work. They excel at what they do and Adrian answered all my messages even the ones sent after hours. He didn’t leave me waiting unnecessarily and I truly felt like a valued customer that mattered. I also then used Helen’s services for my life insurance and income protection and she was also extremely knowledgable and clearly motivated to find the right product for me to protect myself and my family should anything adverse happen later in life. I’m a self employed barrister, I’m limited on time and they just took care of it, seamlessly.

Helen and Hilltop have been so helpful during the process of buying our first home. I can't emphasise enough the value of having the support of someone who knows the process inside and out, and who has your back from start to finish. I cannot thank Adrian enough for all his hard work securing us a mortgage on our dream home. As first time buyers we had no idea how to go about things and Adrian took plenty of time to discuss everything with us and make sure we truly understood the process. He doesn’t just work Monday-Friday 9-5 but what appears to be all hours under the sun so we were able to talk to him at convenient times for us mornings and evenings ect. We had first approached a large company before being recommended Hilltop through the estate agent, the difference in time, care and communication put in can’t be compared. Adrian really looked into all options and made sure we were happy with the deal, even when a new bank reared its head the day we were ready to apply he happily changed direction for us so that we got the best deal. Nothing was too much! Our mortgage is now secured and working with Adrian we were able to up our overall budget as he found us a much better deal than the large company! We are now working with his wife to look at insurance options for both our new home and ourselves. Amazing customer service and truly knowledgeable about the industry. I would recommend to anyone. I have already passed his details onto my sister who is looking to remortgage.

Adrian was exceptionally helpful finding us a remortgage on our property. In particular as I am over 70 hrs, and standard providers do not cater for this age. Once we established a provider, Adrian spent good time making sure we understood the detail.

Adrian at Hilltop Mortgage Solutions was brilliant from start to finish. He supported me through a remortgage and his advice was genuinely invaluable. He explained everything in a really clear and simple way, which made the whole process feel much less stressful and far more manageable.

He kept in regular contact so I always felt up to date and reassured. He was also really flexible with appointments, and being able to speak over Teams made things much more convenient.

I would fully recommend Adrian and the team to anyone who is looking to buy a house. He is amazing at what he does and really takes full care of each customer. He walked us through the process of buying a house and helped us massively witch sorting everything and was always there to answer any questions that we had.
