No feed back they don't get back to you when you have issues or questions and they're not very cost effective better off going to a GP to get prescribed

There appears to be a bug with the website ordering system. After confirming the cost for a 2-month supply, the order somehow changed to a 6-month supply at checkout, resulting in an additional ~$200 charge. I created a support ticket immediately after purchase, but unfortunately it wasn’t reviewed until after the order had already been received, so the issue couldn’t be resolved.

On the positive side, the doctor interaction was excellent and the postage speed was very good.

Once again you start with action rather than communication. Thank for cancelling the recent payment and tying my payment up in a refund process for 10-15 days that just what I wanted (sarcasm). How about you start with communication and an agreement on a way forward rather than taking action first that may not be the best outcome

The service at Pilot is simple but safe, I also find it reliable and consistent.
I have been with Pilot for a number of years now and the system of medical supervision is comforting.

My order arrived later than the stated delivery window, and there were no instructions included on how to use the Derma roller. The Testosterone Support comes in a 60-pack, while the medication refill is a 90-pack, which means I have to place extra orders just to stay on schedule — quite inconvenient. I also received an email saying the issue was “resolved” even though there had been no communication about the delivery delay.

my request for a change in the delivery date was actioned just about in a few minutes possibly using AI.
