Everything has been easy from start to current. My products arrive on time and all emails have been advessed efficeinetly and in a frienldy manner.

Terrible experience with Pilot. My shipment has been significantly delayed (over 2 weeks), and it’s obvious they now have a reliance on AI for first level customer service which is causing slower response times.

Once you do get a response from Customer Service, every response is vague "we’re checking with the pharmacy" without any actual substance or follow-up

I'm getting really good results and I'm not even feeling hungry. The pilot team is available if I require any help at anytime.

I had a terrible experience with a different provider, and I felt a bit nervous about the whole experience of going with someone new. However, I cannot speak highly enough of Pilot; they’ve exceeded my expectations. Deliveries always on time, super responsive customer service team, and really easy to make appointments.

So far I've lost 14 kg and 14 cm off my waist after 10 months on the program. I'm wrapped with the much healthier me. The program has been well suited to me and the support is great.

It works. I've lost 13kg in 6 months. I've always had trouble with my weight but this very effective.
The only thing is,
it is expensive and I may have to stop.
Team from Pilot are always there to answer any questions or help with any dramas.
If, like me you have had trouble losing weight, give it a go.
