Deposited $30, got $10 credited to my account. Wrote to support a week ago, still no reply. Scammers, don't buy

At first everything was fine, a week later the server went down. There is no support, BUT the money for the non-functioning service is still being debited. Beauty.
In general, it's just a dumb service, and it would be OK if everything worked, but it doesn't and nobody will respond.
There is no going back, there is no dialogue.
Well, yes, it turns out a scam.
