Deux semaines pour avoir 5 extractions Excel de nos opérations car ils ont pris l'initiative de supprimer mon compte HIPAY...
Stripe est plus cher mais le support est largement mieux...

Me han cargado en la tarjeta 39,99 € sin poner nada, sin decir nada, y a saber que han cobrado. No responden a nada.

Thieves... this company, which I completely don't recognise making a subscription with, tried on multiple occasions to take money away from me. I'm lucky that my bank blocked the transaction. Seeing here that I'm not the only one with this problem I really don't understand how come some authority didn't sanction them so far.

My bank blocked second time transaction because they were trying to steal money from my account.
I have never used this company .

Scam!! This company is trying to charge you €39 the day after you made your purchase. Report it to the police.

HIPAY GBP took £39.90 off me, I don’t know why but I didn’t purchase anything, Thursday 30th July 2026 that’s the day they took my money

I have been charged £39.90 by HiPay for no reason. I have never heard of them nor used them before. I will be reporting it as fraud to my bank.

Who are HiPay and why have they taken £39.50 from my bank account. Been reported as fraud as I have never heard of or used these scammers. What an absolute disgrace.

They have taken £39.50 out of my bank but ive made no payments today and never had the company on any of my bank statments

Suite à un règlement de 5117,72€ pour la société Métro qui travaillait avec hipay , mon règlement a disparu ds la nature
Métro m a informé ne plus travailler avec hipay depuis plusieurs années mais ayant un compte métro j ai réglé sans me poser de question
Ma banque a fait une demande de remboursement il y a 3 semaines mais aucune réponse de leur banque !! Je trouve indélicat de la part d un boite spécialisé ds la sécurisation des paiement si elle agisse ainsi !
En attendant avec de l espoir mais je commence à craindre le pire !

HiPay is currently holding €39.50 of my money from a failed Urban Outfitters order on April 10th. The merchant confirms there is no order and that the funds should be released, but HiPay is doing nothing.
There is no way to contact them, no phone number, and they ignore customer requests. You are effectively holding my funds illegally without a valid transaction. I have reported this to my bank as a fraudulent charge. If you see 'HiPay' at a checkout, cancel your order immediately. They are a black hole for your money when things go wrong.
