Ordered Skip for 3 time, not best price, but no arguing for the time you keep, and might little over loaded, that's main thing .schedule for delivery or collection might can do better, but happy enough at all. Thanks

Having been let down by another skip company the previous week, I found Hire A Skip online. Before proceeding with the order, I phoned and spoke with Avril. I explained the previous experience, and said we had to have the skip there this weekend for a house clearance. Avril gave me great advice, and followed up during the week to ensure the skip was there for the weekend. Very happy with this company and I will be using them again soon for an office clear-out. Thank you very much.

Skip was due to be collected last Tuesday. I rang Wednesday & was told they'd check it out & ring me back. No call back was received and it's now Saturday and the skip is still blocking up my drive.

Paid €250 to have a skip delivered on 25/06 and it did not arrived. Received an email 256/06 saying that the skip is not on schedule and will not be delivered until 30/06 when it is supposed to also be collected. Very bad first experience with this company.

Really amazing experience, nearly perfect! The customer service is excellent and my skip arrived very promptly. The driver worked very patiently with me to determine the right place to leave it in our driveway, even though I wasn't home at the time. Everytime I called hire-a-skip, their customer service team could't have been any nicer, more helpful or more understanding.

The only negative was that pickup was delayed nearly a week due to high volumes. I don't blame hire-a-skip entirely, as it seems the contract the deliveries and pickups through a thrid party. It is, however, really inconvenient to be told day after day that they're definitely coming only for the driver to then not to turn up. I paid nearly as much in street parking (in an attempt to keep the driveway clear for the collection) as we paid for the skip itself!

That said, I will hire them again when I need another skip and I always felt that the team was on my side and wanted the issue resolved as much, or maybe even more, than I did! Special thanks to Avril for all her help :).

Avril was always super responsive and tried her absolute best to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Price is also reasonable.

Initialy there was confusion about delivery date, however this was resolved very qickly.

In the end the skip was delivered on the right date and dropped in the correct position on the drive way.

The customer care was very good and easy to deal with

Cancelled skip on me the morning it was supposed to be delivered. Need to phone up to chase it.

Couldn't do enough for me. I was looking for a skip hire from several different places and none had great prices until I got contacted from an enquiry id made with skip hire online. I can't remember the man I was chatting to but he was lovely, gave me a great price and had no problem chatting about sizes and what would suite me best for what I needed. And then to get a removal was so simple no waiting for a response it was within the hour through email. Honestly cannot recommend this company enough. For my first ever skip hire I'll definitely be going through this company again

Very good service. The price was fine, not the cheapest maybe on the market. But we got the skip delivered on Saturday morning, which we really needed and they were able to do it for us on a short notice. Recommend.
