I am so satisfied with this service, highly recommend.

Its clean interface, low stress guidance, skill evaluation badges (though the availability of these is oddly restrictive), and assistance with scheduling the entire interview process, all make hired.com a valuable tool in the job-hunting ecosphere.

I get to talk directly to companies...no third-parties

Things to improve:
I want to be able to declare the level of work-life balance I require. e.g. If I am strictly 40 hours/week, I don't want startups contacting me.

Require employers to be more explicit about the hiring process. People are becoming more selective about what they will tolerate in interview processes

User-friendly design is very attractive.

Can have a big chance to be hired.

The process is painless, I really like the UI and their approach. Rather than us looking for roles and applying to each of them which can sometimes be an irritating task, they come to us and let us schedule for an interview.
