I didn't get the job, but I felt the process was very transparent and communicative. They helped me make my resume better, gave advice on how to be prepared for the interview and transparently provided feedback.

Interview with Heinz was pretty amicably and funny, I notice he has a strong soft skill to make feel candidates so comfortable, also sharing accurate information about the position under discussion.

Well the process is straight forward and the communication with the team from otter lab very helpful, they give nice pointers as well on the subject of a LinkedIn profile and resume update

The first interview was quick but interesting. The interviewer was polite, and kind and answered all my questions. The code quiz was nice and I think it was a good approach to better understand both soft and hard skills that the candidate may or may not have.
