Otterlabs has a solid recruitment process, very proactive team which is very valuable overall, also they just give the feedback on every instance of the process. Fun fact, they even did a LinkedIn audit to help me with a better profile.

I was approached on the LinkedIn and later interviewed. Both experiences we smooth and joyful! Very pleased with the guys!

The first approach went straight to the point and I got to schedule an interview fast, and easy. The interviewer was crystal clear about the open position, even though I was not a fit for the job, he communicated it very well. Felt very comfortable, it was a great interview overall.
