We have had an outstanding experience with TEEMS from start to finish. The onboarding process was seamless, the hiring process was organized and efficient, and everything exceeded our expectations.

Just for some context, I come from a tiny town in west Minnesota. Monoculture and closed mindedness tends to rule over others here. When I heard about TEEMs I was initially skeptical on the ethics of it and also the ability for us to adapt here. I have to admit, I did have to put in a lot of work on my side of it, finding out if we a VOIP and how to integrate everything into our workplace. But I could not be happier with the results.

We've had our TEEMs member here for not more than a month and she's taken off. Cutting down the amount of calls that get through to our reception significantly. Not only that but she's been asking for other tasks to help out after seeing how much our team in the building does. She hasn't missed a single day and the initiative is very refreshing. If you're on the fence, whether it be employee skepticism or fear of learning something new, take the leap. It's so so worth it.

In early 2021, we were missing 47 percent of incoming calls and drowning in administrative work. After a difficult experience with another agency, I became a TEEM customer, and it transformed everything.

Within weeks, our missed calls dropped to under 15 percent. My team could finally focus on patient care instead of juggling multiple tasks. Documentation became complete. Billing became predictable. These were practice-changing outcomes. I kept looking for how we can incorportate more virtuals into our office, and TEEM has helped make that as seemless as it can be.

What sets TEEM apart is their infrastructure. They provide real-time dashboards showing charting completion and quality metrics. Their Teem University training goes far beyond generic preparation—new hires learn healthcare-specific skills before touching patient data. They assign dedicated account managers who know your practice. I email regularly with my account lead, Ashley and we are about to add 2-4 more TEEM virtuals into our office to help offload even more from our in office team.

TEEM sources from all over the world and we have people on three continents working for us. I love that they focus heavily in Latin America which has created natural time zone alignment with my Seattle based US practices. They genuinely care about supporting both practices and their virtual professionals, building community among remote workers. Other companies were more about placing someone, Teem has worked to help keep the person in the office and support them while they work for me.

For the past three years, TEEM has been part of my practice evolution. They showed me what virtual staffing should look like when done with integrity. If you're in optometry or healthcare, TEEM represents the gold standard.

We have two teems team members and both have added immense value to our practice. Teems makes it easy for us and we really appreciate the ways in which they recognize our "teem" members.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hireteem. My first interview was abruptly canceled *after* I had already accessed the link and waited for over 30 minutes — no notice or explanation until after the fact. While I understand that things happen, the lack of communication was the first red flag.

Later, I had an interview with a woman who told me I was a great fit and that there were positions available for me. She said I would be contacted in 3 days with next steps. That never happened. I followed up with an email, which was completely ignored. Since May, I’ve been left hanging with no update, no feedback — nothing.

A simple “no,” “not selected,” or even “try again in 6 months” would have been more respectful than this total silence. Being ghosted after promising words and zero follow-up is unprofessional and reflects poorly on how this company treats candidates.

Great concept to help us save money on employees. Professional staff work, helps you find the right candidates! They can train the future staff to save us time and headaches. Strongly recommend Teem to others!

Signed up a few months ago. I felt that very fair expectations were sold to me when I signed up and for the most part, I feel that those expectations have been beat by the two wonderful team members that we hired. They’ve helped us pick up more phone calls, and alleviated stress at my front desk.

I also had a horrible experience - very similar to what another person posted on here about being lied to and misled. Very dissatisfied with this company.

We have been very happy with Teem. They hired 2 people for us. The first one has been with us over a year. She answers our phones and answers messages. She has done a great job and she feels like one of our internal employees. The second one didn't work out but the cool thing was that Teem alerted us to the fact that the second employee was not engaged on her computer the hours she claimed to be working so that gave us a heads up. After counseling her a couple of times, we let her go. I would definitely use HireTeem for our next remote employee. I am also comfortable that we are in compliance with all of the regulations we need to be because I think HireTeem is doing it right. I was not comfortable that some of the other companies are doing it correctly.

As a compliance expert, my concern has always been doing things in the most compliant, legal manner. TEEM stands apart here. We personally use TEEM for our company and are more than pleased. We find them to be totally honest and always willing to whatever we need to maintain a positive and productive relationship. I simply cannot say enough good about TEEM

I had a terrible experience with Teem. They misled me into believing their rate was $2,700/month for two virtual assistants, only to reveal after signing that the price jumps to $3,700/month starting month two. When I requested a refund before any services began, they refused, citing a no-refund policy.

On top of that, Teem falsely displayed a 4.7-star TrustPilot rating on their website despite not being listed here at all. After being called out, they replaced it with a fake 4.5-star Google rating. This lack of transparency and honesty is unacceptable—avoid this company.
