His Hair is a great company,I was in a very bad place with my hair loss,I also had scaring from hair transplant which did not work,I approached his hair clinic in Birmingham for a consultation,Ian and ranbier were so helpful and kind,they relaxed me and talked me through the smp I wanted,it's been over two years now since my smp,it's changed my life!!!!!!!,if you are suffering the same way,don't think about it,phone them up and change your life for the better😁🤗😊

Having been quite sceptical about SMP for several years I recently plucked up the courage to go for it .
I did my research and I chose His Hair company purely on the the fact they have been in the business for the longest and their photos/evidence shown of positive work carried out on clients.

Ian and Ranbir carried out my first session, both of them are friendly humble people who are very skilful /experienced in what they do . They did not rush the process and took their work personally accommodating myself with any changes or adjustments I requested during my appointments.

Now complete I ask myself why I didn’t do this years ago , feeling much more confident no longer looking around to see which hat I need to wear .
These guys are at the Top of their game and have left their door open to me at anytime , they provide an honest and ethical approach which is rare to find in this current time .

I was treated at the Birmingham branch. Extremely professional and efficient. Made me feel entirely comfortable too. I would recommend highly. The team members that dealt with me personally were entirely honest with no attempt to over sell or put pressure. They were simply honest and open throughout.

Went in for touch up after 9 years from original treatment . Took less than 2 hrs great service as always . The most trusted company for this procedure dont bother looking elsewhere.

I’ve just had my 3rd session with Ian and Ranbir in Birmingham. I’m very pleased with the results, it’s taken 10 years off me! I was really impressed with the professionalism and kindness shown by both. The procedure in itself is very straightforward and you are consulted throughout. In between sessions I asked for hairline adjustments, density and depth of colour All carried out as requested with advice and guidance. Good hygiene procedures were in place and masks worn. Recommended.

I've recently had this procedure done and can't thank Ian and Ranbir enough I'm absolutely delighted with the results .Their professionalism and knowledge and the way they explain the whole procedure from the first consultation to the final sitting is nothing short of amazing. I looked at other companies as well but none came even close to these .I would definitely recommend these guys if Scalp Micropigmentation is what your after.

I had my first treatment at hishair way back in 2012, definitely been one of the best things I’ve done 100%. Went in to Birmingham this week for a refresh after nearly eight years and have to say it was a fantastic experience again, the team are absolutely spot on in terms of knowledge and customer service, my SMP now looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. I recommend hishair for the treatment, the original and defo the best.

I stumbled across this procedure after looking at hair transplants for years. I was never certain about hair transplants for various reasons but after talking to Ian over the phone and being given the information I asked for, I was prepared to give it a go.
Travelled from Australia to get the initial procedure and then again to get a touch up when I came back for a holiday soon after. Can not recommend this enough. It’s given me more self confidence and I don’t find myself looking at reflections and cringing now, well maybe a little but certainly not for my hair line.
If anyone is on the fence about this then my advice is to talk it through with them and I am certain you’ll feel better for it. It ticks all the boxes for me and I’ll no doubt go back for a touch up soon.

I’m a 10 year vet of HIS hair clinic having my 1st treatment in 2010.
I remember the 1st time I came to Ian And Ranbir and not knowing what to expect but knowing something had to change. At that point I was wearing a hat everyday and very self-concious of my hair (or lack off)

I suffer from a condition called Alopecia Areata and this often brings patches around the scalp, unpredictable and varied in size, I always could see the beginning of them and just knew it was gonna develop frustratingly bigger.

Anyway with HIS and the team they have worked wonders with me, they immediately put me at ease and was honest and transparent with what to expect.
After the initial consultation I knew immediately this was the right thing to do and booked in my first session as soon as possible, the team and all the practitioners have been nothing but excellent and professional throughout this journey.

It’s an ongoing thing as patches do develop but whenever I have needed to go in for treatment, the team have accommodated me with ease.
So yesterday after my last visit 4 years ago Id booked to go back in after patches developed over recent months (quarantine stress maybe?) Ian & Ranbir, the same as my 1st session 10 yrs ago gave me my treatment, as always they were professional and masters at their art.
This is ongoing process with myself and I expect it will be for many years but with HIS and team supporting me I know I’ll be ok.

I attended the Birmingham clinic recently for a touch up procedure. Ian and team were understanding of my needs and completed the procedure quickly providing a superb outcome. If anyone is considering having this procedure done I would definitely consider these guys as they are the true pioneers and leaders in this field.

I needed a career change and after having SMP done myself, decided this is the direction I would like to take.

I chose His Hair for my training because of their long history and experience within the industry, and also because they had been the ones who did my own SMP and they'd been very impressive in every aspect involved.

Ian and Rambir physically Trained me over the course of a week, as well as providing me with their on-line training programme which is independently certified by a third party.

It was an absolute pleasure to be taught by these 2. The amount of knowledge and experience they condensed into my teaching experience was phenomenal.
They made the learning a really enjoyable and manageable experience.

If you are thinking about training in SMP I would highly recommend His Hair as your source of training and learning.

I've struggled for years trying to hide that I was losing my hair. Its the most depressing thing I've had to live with. A balding woman with black hair is not a good look.
For years I've seen doctors, specialists, used sprays, hair fibres and meds to no avail.
