Hix Bypass Humanizer has quickly become one of my favorite tools, and I’m happy to rate it 5 stars. It delivers smooth, natural-sounding text that fits perfectly into my work and saves me a lot of editing time. I’m also very pleased with their customer support, which has been fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed assistance.

It needs to improve as AI is detected in Turtin software. the sentence framing is not good, as there are lot of grammatical errors, and the wrong sentence has been framed from the paragraph given.

I purchased an annual unlimited subscription for $180 in December 2025, primarily to use the Humanize feature for my research papers. However, I have encountered a critical issue that has made the service completely unusable.

TECHNICAL ISSUES:
- The Humanize feature fails to generate output files after processing. The system claims the humanization is complete, but no downloadable file or export option is provided, making it impossible to retrieve the processed content.
- When attempting to use the service, the output file never generates, leaving users unable to access their humanized content.
- The humanized content remains 100% detectable as AI, defeating the entire purpose of the feature.
- I have only been able to use the service for 2 documents before encountering this issue.

SUPPORT EXPERIENCE:
- I reported the issue on April 11, 2026, with detailed description and test files.
- Over 6+ days of communication, support provided only one substantive response claiming "the issue was fixed."
- This response was inaccurate—the problem persists despite multiple attempts with different modes and content types.
- Support has been unresponsive to follow-up messages detailing that the issue remains unresolved.

SUMMARY:
For a $180 annual subscription, I expected either a working service or responsive, helpful support. I received neither. The Humanize feature—the primary reason I subscribed—is non-functional, and the support team has failed to resolve the issue despite extended communication. I would strongly recommend potential customers research alternatives before committing to this service.

I have cancelled my subscription by email in August 2025 and have written evidence. HIX continues to charge me despite multiple cancellation requests and evades providing a functional cancellation method. The respond the mail however evade the question altogether and communicate irrelevant information to deflevct from my request.

This is very frustrating. I am writing to warn others that this is clearly a scam site and any positive review is clearly self promoted.

Don’t buy this service. Save your money, time, and piece of mind.

The content they produce contains serious grammar mistakes and includes sentences that don’t make any sense. You end up spending much more time correcting it.

I also had issues with billing. When I tried to cancel my subscription, the website showed my account as free and didn’t give me an option to cancel. However, I was charged again the following month. When I asked for a refund, they only offered to return half of the payment.

Overall, a very disappointing experience!

Oui cela rédige différemment… mais les phrases ne sont pas correctes en syntaxe, ni en grammaire et encore moins en orthographe… donc en fait vous êtes contraint de reprendre toute la rédaction ! Dans ce cas mieux vaut utiliser zéro gpt qui est gratuit, pour identifier les passages critiques et rédiger vous même, vous gagnerez du temps et de l’argent !

Hix.ai is the best! It bypasses what it says it bypasses, humanizes the text; it does what it says it does. I am subscribed only to the Hixbypass; it just works. Pricey, yes, but it is worth it :-)

I purchased the annual plan for EssayGPT, but I found the interface too complicated to use. I contacted customer service to inquire about switching to the HIX Bypass plan, but I did not receive a response. I followed up with another email to request a refund, yet I still have not heard back. When you email support, there is no confirmation that your email has been received. Additionally, there is no customer service phone number or chat option available. I canceled my plan just one day after purchasing it, but I have not been issued any refund.

I purchased the Bypass Unlimited plan from Hix Ai, and it has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. First of all, using their system is incredibly exhausting and frustrating—feels like a complete waste of both time and money.

The first major issue is the "humanization" process. You have to spend almost an hour to humanize every 1,000 words, and even then, it often doesn’t work properly. If the process was even halfway functional, it might be bearable, but more often than not, it gets stuck or results in false security checks, requiring you to try again. Not only are you wasting your time, but it also becomes mentally draining.

Another major problem is the Google reCAPTCHA v2 they’ve integrated. Every request triggers a verification, and almost every single time, it fails to work correctly. You’re constantly stuck in a loop of trying to pass the reCAPTCHA, and it just doesn't happen. This makes even basic tasks nearly impossible to complete, and it adds to the overall frustration.

After several days of using the service, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. This isn’t just a time-wasting online tool; it’s a mental drain that leaves you feeling exhausted and irritated. I would not recommend Hix Ai to anyone. It’s a huge waste of time and energy, and I am certain that many users like myself will only end up frustrated and disappointed.

All in all, this has been a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from it if you value your time and mental well-being.

It's a totally waste of time and money
I purchased it's monthly pkg but it didn't bypass an AI. I really very disappointed 😞. I requested to the hix team kindly improve it's humanizer that helps us in our work as soon as possible.

Not provide accurate writing. Humanizing through this is a scam. It count words wrongly (count more words than we upload. Ultimately reaching the word limit before actual word count).
