They are scammers I have been paying the subscription for 2 months not being able to even cancel it not only that I can’t even get the subscription it says free on the website

I’ve had an excellent experience with HIX.AI. I discovered it only a few months ago, but it has quickly become an essential part of my workflow. As a physics teacher working at both high school and university levels, I use it regularly to create and refine educational materials.

Writing to WARN people from subscribing to HIX.AI it is an SCAM operation and they over charge without authorisation. Furthermore it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription so you would have to contact bank and cancel card.

I really liked the image-to-video generation feature for my Instagram Reels.
Also very useful for other purposes such as text-to-image creation or image-to-image and captioning. Customer service is very friendly and helpful.

Mucho cuidado con esta gente. Se pago por el servicio y la herramienta aún sigue en modo free, he enviado muchos correos al soporte técnico y no responden. Ya pedí reembolso y cancelación pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Casualmente después de reportar por este medio tuve una respuesta, aún se encuentra en proceso.

Tralasciando l'inefficienza del servizio in italiano che è davvero pessima, la funzione bypass elabora testi completamente senza senso e sgrammaticati ci credo che non vengono rilevati come IA.
Viene promesso il rimborso ma a conti fatti ho contattato l'assistenza ma sono stato completamente IGNORATO.
A questo punto non posso dire altro che è un sito SCAM.

It doesn't feels like a subscription. It feels more like a trial and its too expensive. I thought i can use my one month subscription for a month but i only used it for hours and i didn't even got the chance to use the other features. And it got too much delays also they didn't even responsive about the refund

I logged in with Apple (iCloud) and entered my card details to pay for a monthly subscription. The payment of $19.99 was successfully charged to my card (last 4 digits: 4149) today, but my account still shows as “Free” and asks me to pay again.

It seems that my payment is not linked to my account, possibly due to the Apple login username or relay email.

Please link this payment to my account or activate my subscription.

I attempted to subscribe to HIX.AI after clicking a “Buy now” button that clearly advertised a price of $15 per month. After clicking “Buy now,” I was required to log in using my Gmail account. At no point during or after this login process was I shown a final confirmation screen displaying a $59 charge.

Immediately after logging in, the transaction was initiated and my card was charged $59, which did not match the price shown when I agreed to the purchase. I did not explicitly consent to this higher amount.

I contacted Stripe, the payment processor, and they confirmed that they cannot issue refunds or intervene on pricing disputes. Stripe stated that only the merchant can issue a refund and that there is nothing they can do on their side to resolve the issue.

This leaves the customer entirely dependent on the merchant’s goodwill, despite a misleading checkout flow and a clear price discrepancy.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and to carefully verify pricing before proceeding, as resolution options are extremely limited once the charge is processed.
