H. L. Brown レビュー

Great service. Delighted with my purchase which arrived beautifully gift wrapped and very quickly

Incredible service just when I needed it! Ordered a Tissot watch for my friends 50th party from a different company. I ordered the watch Monday needing it for the Saturday, by Thursday I realised it hadn’t arrived. Panicked I found HL Brown stocked the watch & phoned them, they were so professional & helpful & had a 24hour free delivery option so I reordered from them (at the same discounted price) & it arrived on the Friday to save the day! Thankyou so much you made my & my friends day! Wonderful service.

Had a wonderful experience at HL Brown this afternoon. Samantha Lockwood was so helpful and professional. She helped me make a decision about a ring and I left a very happy customer! Thank you. HL Brown is a long-established jewellers with great service. I would totally buy from them again.

What a great experience from start to finish buying a preloved item online. Such helpful honest staff (I had initial questions) and then my dealings with Daniel, who went above and beyond helping me to buy the item I had fallen in love with, were exceptional. To be honest the photos didn't do it justice, it was 10 times better. Arrived next day, beautifully presented and well packed. Just so thrilled and I felt confident parting with rather a lot of money for an item I hadn't seen in person. Great company!

Always professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They take great care of my families treasured possessions with a smile.

Friendly and knowledgeable advice give by staff over the phone. Carried out special request to shorten the bracelet of the watch. Prompt arrival of watch, wrapped lovely and thorough paperwork included. Excellent online shopping experience.

Daniel was proactive and communicative. The watch strap needed replacing, which he ordered and sent complete package. Due to waiting for a strap to arrive, the shipping took a little longer than expected but he kept me updated along the way.
Great watch, great price, but the best customer service.

Simply outstanding in all aspects. Purchasing a watch from them was a pleasure, from the competitive pricing to the efficient delivery and excellent service from Lyn, Claire, Brett and Daniel.

Brilliant! And they even gift wrapped it. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you!!!!

Very pleased with my purchase good quality and price.

From point of order until delivery I was constantly updated, my order took 24hrs to arrive. The price was the best I’d seen online. The packaging is stunning and super pleased with the Longines watch. It’s for a present but I’m sure my husband will be over the moon.

Excellent experience. There was an issue with the Montblanc pen I ordered, but Claire sorted it out very quickly. Emails were always answered promptly. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the watch I chose. Fast delivery with no issues at all. Would definitely buy from H L Brown again and highly recommend.

First class service and excellent pricing, highly recommend them.

Easy to order, and a great product at a good price. Free and fast delivery.

Excellent service (including sorting out a bit of ‘pilot error’ with good grace and a polite sense of humour.

Thanks for very positive experience.

Would highly recommend

I recently purchased a beautiful timepiece for my partner for christmas and birthday from H.L.Brown and I want to express my gratitude to Paul, who is a true gent and brilliant to deal with. He respresented both the Rolex brand and H.L.Brown fantastically and is a credit to both. The service i received was top tier, very professional throughout and i will most certainly be back to purchase here again and have no reservations of recommending the company to others.
So once again thanks to Paul and H.L.Brown for his incredible assistance and expertise and for making this happen for such a special occasion. My Partner absolutely loves her new timepiece.

My long standing jeweller lost their Rolex franchise and I was looking for a family firm with well established credentials to try and build a new relationship with. H L Brown seemed to fit the bill so I booked an appointment to introduce myself and see if what I had heard about their heritage and service was true. Brett Heath (the manager) looked after me really well, I asked him to see if he could source me a watch and agreed to get in touch over the next few months. I have just popped back in to see Brett, him and the team are all lovely and they have sourced me a beautiful watch and I am really happy that I have a new relationship which I am sure will prosper further. The communication and service has been tip top and I have some friends that I have recommended H L Brown to and I'm sure they will get the same great service too.

Excellent communication skills plus great customer service and I received the item in a very good packaging and delivered with very good care, I hope to deal with you again in the near future, thank you.
