Dear Felicia,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. While we’re grateful for reviews of any kind, we’re naturally disappointed to see a 3-star rating.
Our team worked to accommodate your order by issuing a bespoke discount on a full-price item, despite the original discount offered on selected items only, as well as fast-tracking your dispatch after both the standard and an extended cut off time – something we cannot always guarantee.
We understand that expectations vary from customer to customer, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet yours. That said, we stand by the service and flexibility we provided in this instance and are confident that we did everything reasonable to meet your needs.
Should you have any specific suggestions on how we could improve, we would welcome the opportunity to hear them.
Kind regards,
The H. L. Brown Team

Daniel Beever, a watch specialist at H L Brown’s was most helpful with our problem with my wife’s Mondaine watch. He managed to sort out the problem which others had failed to do. He was very pleasant and chatty and overall our experience was excellent.

I left H.L. Brown with the impression that the team really loves their job. Any question I had about my purchase was answered on the spot and everyone was highly professional and paid close attention to details. It was recognized that buying jewelry is a special occasion, hence, every effort was made to make the purchasing process as memorable as possible. Outstanding, professional and caring service.
We took a family solitaire diamond ring into the store and asked for advice which was given, we chose to have the ring resized, the staff were all professional and friendly. We have just collected the ring today and was absolutely over the moon with it, was beautifully done and cleaned to a high standard. Delighted with the first class service given. We will undoubtedly be back soon with another project. Thank you so much, we are so happy we entrusted the ring with you.

I recently purchased a 2025 Rolex
I recently purchased a 2025 Rolex Datejust 41 from HL Brown, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the store, I was treated with genuine professionalism, warmth, and expertise. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the selection process with zero pressure.
The watch itself is absolutely stunning – flawless in craftsmanship, with that timeless Rolex elegance. HL Brown made the whole process feel special, from the initial viewing to the final handover. They clearly take great pride in offering a premium service and go above and beyond to ensure their customers leave satisfied.
If you’re considering a high-end timepiece, I can’t recommend HL Brown enough. It’s rare to find this level of care, attention to detail, and trust in retail these days – truly a 5-star experience from start to finish.
